A few days later...(Ruby's POV)

I woke up to find Blake's bed empty and groaned sadly. Y/n, Jade and the rest of my team helped look around the empty streets of Vale searching for her..

Ruby: They've been gone all weekend...

Weiss: Blake's a big girl, I'm sure she can handle herself!

Yang: Weiss, come on. She's one of our teammates.

Weiss: Is she? We all heard what she said!

Ruby: Weiss.

Jade: Maybe she is, maybe she isn't. Either way, she's missing, and we need to find her

Weiss: A member of the White Fang! Right underneath our noses!

Ruby: I just hope she's okay...

Y/n puts a hand on his chin and the other on his hip as he wonders.

Y/n: *thoughts* Where can Blake be..

[Blake's POV]
Elsewhere, me, and Sun, are at the balcony cafe in the middle of vale. I was sipping a cup of tea and sighing. I looked up at Sun sitting across from me, who holds his drink with his tail as his hand props his head up. He takes a sip while i placed my cup down.

Blake: So, you want to know more about me...

Sun: Finally, she speaks! Nearly two days and you gave me nothing but small talk and weird looks!

She demonstrates this yet again as Blake gives Sun a firm look.

Sun: Yeah, like that.

I rolled my eyes before closing them and looking at him sadly.

Blake: Sun... Are you familiar with the White Fang?

Sun: "Of course! I don't think there's a Faunus on the planet who hasn't heard of them. Stupid, holier-than-thou creeps that use force to get whatever they want. Bunch of freaks, if you ask me!

I took a sip from my drink while listening, until i decided to speak up for the big reveal....

Blake: I was once a member of the White Fang.

Extremely shocked to surprise, he promptly goes cross-eyed and chokes on his drink, making him put it down and wipe his mouth as he holds up a hand to process this information.

Sun: Wait a minute, you were a member of the White Fang?!

Blake: "That's right. I was a member for most of my life, actually. You could almost say I was born into it... Back then, things were different. In the ashes of war, the White Fang was meant to be a symbol of peace and unity between Humans and the Faunus. Of course, despite being promised equality, the Faunus were subjected to discrimination and hate. Humanity still thought of us as lesser beings. And so, the White Fang rose up as the voice of our people. And I was there. I was at the front of every rally. I took part in every boycott. I actually thought we were making a difference. But I was just a youthful optimist. Then, five years ago, our leader stepped down, and a new one took his place. A new leader, with a new way of thinking. Suddenly, our peaceful protests were being replaced with organized attacks. We were setting fire to shops that refused to serve us, hijacking cargo from companies that used Faunus labor. They respected the Schnees way of thinking for Faunus Slavery. And the worst part was, it was working. He said we would be treated like equals. But not out of respect... out of fear."
