16 years later at S.H.E.I.L.D
There have been several houses broken into with children in them. Nick Fury, Agent Coulson and others are looking over them trying to figure it out.
"None of this makes sense to be a normal person" Fury says throwing the papers in the middle of the conference table.
"There is only one person that comes to mind seeing these" Coulson said
"Loki?" Agent Hills asked
"That would explain the mind control and people being frozen" another agent said
"But didn't Thor say they banished him with no magic long ago"
"Loki does anything to get what he wants" Hills said
"What do we do?" Coulson asked Fury who was thinking about what to do
"If this is Loki, he will try to take over the world again and we can't let that happen" Fury explained
"We know, what are we doing to stop that?"
"Bring in the avengers they're the only people able to take this mission" Fury said
"Yes sir" Hills said going to contact the avengers
"In the meantime find out where Loki has been, maybe that's where he is holding those kids" Fury demanded the other agents.
But what they didn't know is it was never Loki.
