A Meister's Promise [SoKi fanfic]

"What did you just say!?"

Okay, the picture has NOTHING to do with this chapter. Okay, maybe it kinda does. Liz and Patty aren't going to be in this chapter like the last soo.. Yeah. Just saying.

Omg, since the last chapter was so.. Addicting, yes I decided to continue. I just had to! I got bored. Do you blame me? And I re-watched some anime episodes of Soul Eater so I wouldn't forget anything that's important. Now, enough of me talking. Let's get into some SoKi!

[Kid's POV]

I was extremely shocked when Soul kissed me, but when he did it again, I realized that it wasn't that bad. I shut my eyes, as Soul pulled away. I opened my eyes and looked at him, and he looked back. I blushed lightly and smashed my lips onto Soul's, just to hear him make a muffled sound of shock.

We kissed each other for a while, but Soul and I decided to go to Maka's since she was blowing up Soul's phone. I didn't think about the kiss that much, it's not like we were dating. Nor would I wanna date SOUL. I walked to Maka's and knocked on the door, as I watched the meister answer her door. She smiled and stood away from the doorway, allowing us entrance. 

I looked around for a bit, before fixing some things. Boy, was this place a mess!! The rest of the girls went out shopping, while Maka decided to stay home. I fixed everything up in the living room, then sat down on the couch, where Soul sat beside me. The same position we were sitting before the kiss. 

[Soul's POV]

When Kid kissed me, I had that urge to moan, but I kept it inside. When we walked to Maka's, I stared at Kid's ass the whole time. I couldn't help myself. I blushed deeply as I went to grab it, but I slapped my hand away. 

When we arrived at Maka's, Kid immediately began to fix things up. Classic Kid. I watched as the young Shinigami quickly made things from a wreck, to a palace entrance. I looked around, shocked, as did Maka. Kid sat down on the couch, and I decided to sit beside him. Man, does that little brat look sexy. I stared at him while he talked to Maka, but I realized Maka was calling my name. 

"What the hell? What?" I growled, looking at Maka.

"Soul, I was asking you if you wanted to stay at Kid's while the girls and I stay here." Maka looked angry at me, maybe because I zoned out.

"Uh, I actually decided that earlier. I asked Kid if I could stay at his place, and he said fine. So.. No need to get all snappy with me, miss pancake chest." I crossed my arms and looked back at Kid, who was playing "Piano Tiles" on his phone.

"Come on, Kid. Let's go back to your place." I offered, and Kid looked up at me and shrugged, getting up. Maka waved at us goodbye, as we went back to Gallow's Manor. When we went back, I kissed Kid's cheek, but of course he was playing hard to get again, and stared at me.

"Don't do that, Soul. It's quite asymmetrical, kissing one side of me." I smirked when he said that, and kissed his other cheek, causing him to blush.

"There, now it's perfectly balanced." I laughed, as Kid crossed his arms.

"This isn't funny, Soul. You're laughing at symmetry! Symmetry is the key to everything." Kid scoffed as he walked a few steps away from me, but I grabbed his hand.

"Will you be my boyfriend, Kid?"

[Kid's POV]

"Will you be my boyfriend, Kid?" That sentence ran through my mind thousands of times. A part of me wanted to say yes, but another part wanted to scream no.

"What did you just say!?" 

"I'm sorry I.. I uh.. I just wanted to know if you could be my boyfriend, that's all." Soul looked at me, as my face burned. I didn't know what to do at the moment.

"Okay, fine. But, we have to run through things first. Understand, Soul?" I snapped, looking at the Albino who simply nodded.

I'M SO SORRY FOR THIS BEING SHORT!! This was fun to write, honestly. Instead of having Kid all lovey dovey immediately, I decided to make things a little more complicated to build a more interesting story. 

Also, so sorry for leaving a cliff hanger! That just makes chapter three more exciting, eh? I just thought I would do that to build up the uneasiness for the next chapter. Trust me, I hate waiting too. But it has to happen once in a while to make the story interesting!! :)

Unlike last chapter, I'm not putting a video. I'm just gonna say thanks for not y'know.. Hating on me for my poor writing skills. Like I said last chapter, I'm new to this. Of course I'm no expert. Anyways, I hope ya like!
