Salutations, fellow homo sapiens! Thanks for choosing to read The Prodigies! Just before you start, I wanted to tell you a few things.
I wrote the first chapter of this story almost two years ago and didn't continue the book until a year ago. My writing changed a lot in the two years it took to write this, and you'll see that midway into the story, my writing style seems to morph. I've done some editing so it'll flow a bit better, but do expect the book to get better as it goes on. I also switched writing platforms in the middle of the book, so spacing may be a little off. I wrote chapters one through twelve on Word, and then I started using Docs for chapters thirteen to the epilogue. Because Word and Docs have different definitions for what counts as a page, the chapter get lengthier the father into the book you get. (Lengthier doesn't mean worse! The longer they are, the more information there is!)
I've already published this entire book on another website, and my friend suggested publishing it here on Wattpad, too. I'll publish chapters every two days, and there are about thirty eight parts, including the introduction. I personally hate being reminded to vote and comment every chapter, so I won't ask you to vote often. However, please don't forget to press that little gold star if you really like a chapter, and comments of all kinds are welcome and appreciated. Lastly, The Prodigies is what I'd call a sci-fi mystery. Throw your theories at me! Comment the answers to questions Kenny asks herself! Speculate at the end of your favorite chapters! With all the little clues I've attempted to drop, you should be able to guess the ending before it comes.
Are you up for the challenge?
Happy reading!
