Megan's POV
I got back to our dorm early today. When I went inside, my unnies are already there. They're actually preparing dinner. I think they bought it outside because they're all still in their practice clothes.
"Unnies! I'm home! So, what's for dinner? " I asked excitedly.
"Good thing you're home early too dong saeng ah. Sophie unnie bought roasted chicken for dinner. " Ynna unnie said as she wiggled her eye brows up and down.
"Yes! Our favorite! " I cheered as I raise my right fist in the air.
After we finished dinner, we all settled in the living room to talk about our concept.
"So, do you guys have any ideas already? " Sophie unnie asked.
"Actually, I was thinking of having 5 songs with 5 different genres. Except of course for our intro. So there will be a total of 6 tracks in our debut album." Lyka unnie suggested.
"But why 5 songs with 5 different genres? " Keila unnie asked.
"Well, because our group is composed of 5 memebers. And the teasers we made, we all have different concepts which showed different personalities too... " Lyka unnie explained.
"so that explains the 5 different genres... Unnies, how about we use POP-Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae, Ballad and Rock as the 5 genres? " I suggested.
"I agree. We can also play the instruments ourselves for the Rock song when we perform on stage. " Ynna unnie added to the idea.
"Nice thinking! But then, can we put less lyrics on the rock song and focus more on its musicality? " Keila unnie suggested.
"Of course we can. By the way, how many songs did we submit again for the teasers? " Lyka unnie asked.
"Around 7.. They used them all actually. One song for every teaser.... wait, that reminds me, we submitted songs with different genres too." Sophie unnied answered.
"Good. Then we won't have a hard time choosing the songs. Another thing, how many songs were we able to compose already? As in all in all." Lyka unnie said.
"I have 15 complete songs and 2 more are still under the 'lyrics writing' process." Ynna unnie said.
"Wow unnie. I only have 5. I really am not that good at composing. " Keila unnie said as she pouted.
"That's okay Keila. I'm not that good too. I only have 5 too. I bet Lyka leader and Megan maknae have tons of songs already. It's like music comes to them itself. " Sophie unnie flattered Lyka unnie and I.
"LOL Sophie. Don't flatter us too much. Honestly, Megan here has composed alot more songs than me. Mine is 68 complete songs. 5 under lyric writing. 3 under sound cleaning. " Lyka proudly said. I got a bit shy. Lyka unnie didn't have to say that about me. They flatter me too much. hahaha
"unnies should not tease me after this ok? I completed 79 songs. 7 under lyric writing, 9 under polishing. " I said shyly.
"OMG such a nerd!!! Hahaha" Keila unnie laughed.
"Unnie! I told you not to laugh. " I pouted.
"saeng, You're like Lee Chan Hyuk sunbaenim of Akdong Musician. He composed 80 songs already. " Ynna unnie exclaimed.
"Not really unnie. His songs are great. I'm sure Yang Hyun Suk seongsaengnim will approve all of it. While mine, they are still songs obviously made by an amateur. " I said.
"Megan, I heard most of your aongs already.. and believe me, they're incredible." Lyka unnie assured me.
"Well, I'm a bit satisfied now. Atleast we don't have to worry much about our next songs since we've got enough for a lot of albums already. " Sophie unnie said.
"Not exactly unnie.. " I said with a teasing voice.
"What do you mean Megs? " Keila unnie asked.
"Well, Lyka unnie and I are planning to combine some of our songs so we'd be able to create more interesting and unique songs.. So we'll both also be able to improve. " I proudly said.
"Yep that's right. " Lyka unnie agreed.
"Whatever. Let's just leave most of the song writing to the Leader and maknae. Just make sure they're all good ok? hahaha" Ynna unnie said.
"What about our MV CONCEPT unnies? It's the most important right now. And our album title." Ynna said.
"hmm.. I've read something before.. About Diamonds, Emeralds, Rubies, Amethysts and Sapphires.. 'All are translucent with fine color in their purest form'. Since it's our debut, we're still considered as pure right? Pure from the musical world.. then if our songs' genres represent our colors and gems, then maybe we can have TRANSLUCENT as the title of our debut album. How about that? " I suggested and explained.
"OMG " They all shouted at the same time.
"That's a great idea maknae ah! And we can use that little quote for the album too. " Lyka unnie said enthusiastically.
"And because of that, we can have PURITY OF YOUNG, TALENTED PEOPLE as our concept for the MV.." Sophie unnie suggested.
"OK. I'll write this down and we'll propose this to them tomorrow. I think it's ok to leave the designs to you Ynna, right? after all, you're the most artistic one when it comes to designs.." Lyka unnie said.
"You guys can count on me. " Ynna unnie said excitedly.

waaahh~ Sorry for the late update. I am still enjoying my vacation. hihihi ^^ so sorry too for making a short update.
