~Chapter 28~

Megan's POV

Today is the day of our recording for 'Musical Note'. We prepared numbers for this show. Based on the previous episodes of this show, they're squeezing all the talents out of their guests. So, GEMSTONES can't just look like amateurs. We have to atleast be as good as our sunbaes to make a very good impression to the people. We should make our manager and CEOs proud. We were told that GEMSTONES will be the center because almost all of the guests there have already guested there before and because they said that we are a NEW girl group.

We are here in our dressing room waiting for the recording to start. Whew~ I think it'll still take a lot of live performances, interviews and guestings before I get the hang of being an idol... and before I can get over my stage fright.

Finally, after a few hours of preparing and waiting, they asked us to go backstage to get ready for the show. They were a lot of artists guesting today, for boy groups, we have EXO, BTS, BTOB and some members from SUJU-M. For Girl groups, APINK, F(X) and SNSD. We were all already on the set, seated in their respective places. We will start introducing ourselves soon too and being a rookie, we will be introduced the last.

The hosts, Kang Ho Dong and Eric Nam, described the groups before the groups greeted everyone and introduced each and every memeber of the group. Finally, it's our turn now.

"And now, the newest girl group that rocked and owned the latest MAMA stage, the newest girl group that will debut soon under JYG... GEMSTONES! " Eric oppa said.

"Annyeonghaseyeo! GEMSTONES -imnida!!! " My unnies and I greeted everyone in unison.

"Wah! So this is the latest girl group that everybody was talking about. Please introduce yourselves. " HoDong oppa said.

"Yo! Gemstone's fierce leader, Lyka-imnida. " Lyka unnie said with a smirk.

"Holla! Gemstone's hot lead rapper, Sophie-imnida." Sophie unnie ended her introduction with a wink.

"Hello! Gemstone's sophisticated lead vocal, Ynna-imnida." Ynna unnie said with a small smile.

"Annyeonghaseyeo! Gemstone's innocent visual, Keila-imnida. " Keila unnie said with a wide smile.

"Wassup! Gemstone's extraordinary lead dancer and cool maknae, Megan-imnida. " I said with a sweet smile.

Everyone was laughing a bit when they heard us use different ways of saying hi. Instead of simply saying 'Annyeonghaseyeo', we tried to make it a bit different. Keila unnie suggested it, but she decided to use the simple and common way because she was the only pure Korean, according to her... and so far, there was no awkward aura in the air between EXO and us.

"hahaha.. daebak. You girls have different ways of saying hello.. I was surprised when Lyka-ssi said 'Yo' ." Eric oppa said.

"I personally liked 'Wassup' and 'Holla' ! hahaha that was unique! " HoDong oppa said.

"So, before we start to get to know our idols more, and to bring out the inner talents they have, let us all watch each of them perform the latest songs they've released. " he continued.

EXO performed Overdose first.. followed by BTS' Miss Right, BTOB's BEEP BEEP BEEP and SUJU-M's Swing. After that, they announced a commercial. As the commercial ended, APINK performed Mr.Chu, followed by F(x)'s Rum Pum Pum Pum and SNSD's Mr.Mr.

"Korea really is very lucky to have such talented idols. Do you agree hyung? " Eric oppa said.

"Nae. Eric-ssi, how about GEMSTONES who haven't released a song yet? " -Kang HoDong.
