MARILYN'S POV
Tyler and I decided to take a break from recording and go make a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches. As I followed Tyler through to the kitchen he had in his studio I scrolled through Instagram and came a cross a post by Carla. It was a selfie of herself with a romantic book covering her beautiful soft lips and cute nose, it only showed off her gorgeous piercing eyes which stole my heart.
"You're a lucky man, Manson." Tyler stated from the side of me, breaking me out my thoughts. He was right. I was a lucky man. I never thought that Carla and I would fall in love in the first place because I thought that she thought that I was going to hurt her. Her last relationship ended with her getting hurt and I definitely did not want to be another man who treated her like crap. I'm glad that she gave love another chance because she wouldn't have if she hadn't noticed how much I truly loved her.
"Thank you, man. She's just the most amazing person that I have ever met." I confessed as I stared her post on Instagram but particularly stared deep into those eyes that never failed to take my breathe away.
"Be good to her, man. She seems like a wonderful woman." Tyler said as he patted my back in a brotherly manner. I went off Instagram and went to my contacts.
"I'll give her a call, I'll be back in five." I said as I held the phone to my ear and walked outside to talk to my precious lady in private.
CARLA'S POV
I unlocked the front door to the house and heard my phone going off. I whipped it out of my pocket and saw that my wonderful husband was calling me. I smiled and put the phone to my ear. I just couldn't wait to hear his voice again.
"Hey, honey. Are you alright?" I happily asked and walked over to the living room couch where I placed my bag.
"Yeah, baby I'm good. I just wanted to call to see if you were alright." The fact that he was concerned about me really made me feel loved. My last partner made me feel like crap and not worth being loved, I was never happy with him until I found Butcher Babies and the man I call my husband today.
"I'm fine. I just got home from the library." I said as I took my leather jacket off and hung it up next to the door.
"I know, I saw your post on Instagram." Brian chuckled as if he was a teenage boy in school talking about Facebook. I couldn't help but chuckle along with him. That was one of the may things I loved about him. Yes he was an adult but he had a childish side side to him that he didn't show much. I couldn't stand men who were very serious about themselves and think that they are the most amazing thing that has happened to a woman. Brian was different. He was a famous, inspirational rock star but he didn't care about money, drugs cars you name it. He was just doing what he loved and what he always wanted to do, that is how we ended up connecting so well.
"Stalker." I burst out in laughter, as did he. This is what made me happy, hearing his voice, hearing him laugh. Brian and I chatted for a while about how recording his new new album was going and about when I was going to pick me up. We had made last minute plans to go out for dinner that night since we hadn't a little night out/date in quite a while. Brian has just been so busy with the new album that he couldn't find the time to make plans to take me out anywhere which I completely understood and respected. I just couldn't wait to spend quality time with my husband.
