Zachs POV *Chapter Five*

Zach's POV

I hear someone screaming stop and and laughing. I can tell it's Ariel. But my feet were moving and I couldn't stop them. I see Ariel on some buff guys back. He abruptly stops and stares at me. He looks familiar... Ariel stopped laughing when the guy stopped running.

"Uhh... Teddy let's go," Ariel says getting off of 'Teddy' who the hell is Teddy?! That can't be his name. It's a nick name! He doesn't stop staring at me while she gets off his back. They hold hands. Wait, I thought she said she was single? What the fuckkk?! He doesn't move, she tries to drag him but he doesn't budge.

"Teddy Bear is this him?" He asks turning his head to her.

Teddy bear?! What?!

"Uh..yeah, but Jack lets just go! Don't start anything please. Not after what happened before..." Her voice trails off, she looked at me then back at 'Teddy', I guess it is a nickname, his name is Jack.

We hear laughing abruptly coming to a stop when a group of guys start coming and they spot me. What did I ever do?! I never did-oh. Eighth grade...

"Why the fuck are you here?" The guy with a blonde quaff yells at me walking towards me.

"I was going to my car," I say more rude then I meant to be.

"Matt don't do anything please! I don't want to get you guys in jail again.." She trails off..

"You try anything with her," 'Matt' says pointing at Ariel, "I don't care if I go back to jail, I'll beat the shit out of you, understood?" He said, anger in his eyes and his voice.

I back up and say, "yeah, yeah." I glance at Jack who is still staring at me.

"Wait, this is Zach?! He looks so different! What?!" He says to Ariel.

"You guys fucked him up of course he looks different, let's just go. Shawn mom will kill you if you do anything. Please, let's just go." She says not looking at me, but looking at all the guys. I guess 'Shawn' is her big brother.

"One thing," a guy with a bandanna on says.

"What Tay?" Ariel says to 'Tay' I'm guessing his name is Taylor...?

He steps furiously toward me, "you ever fucking hurt her again I will personally-"

"I said let's go!!" Ariel yells.

"Fine." They all say except 'Jack, he's still staring at me, clenching his jaw. Man he is scary.

"I call shotgun!" Ariel yells. Jack smiles at her then stares back at me.

She runs to a car and they all run after her. I turn around and start my way home, which is pretty close, I can walk.

I hear music, Jonas Brothers? Oh god, I know there voice I turn my head back to see them all laughing, except Jack of course, he's still staring at me until they're put of sight.

I decide to go to Charles' house. We haven't talked in about a month or two..the last time we talked I was screaming at him about...Ariel.

~*Flashback*~

"What the fuck Charles!! You can't ask her out you don't even like her!" I screamed through the phone with tears running.

"Sorry not sorry dude. I may not like her, but you do. So, I'm asking her out." Charles says, I can see the smirk on his face.

"Damn you! Why?! Don't break her Charles please!!" My voice cracks.

"No promises." He hung up.

I punch the wall letting the tears fall.

"Zach you-woah, what happened?" My sister Hannah asked me seeing my tears, I quickly look away and wipe them.

"Nothing." My voice cracks. 'Damn' I say to myself.

"Obviously something's wrong. Mom left, she went with dad to Indiana to some friends thing, they won't be home till tomorrow night." She looked at me, "so tell me what's wrong or I call them and they will turn around and talk to you instead of me, they're just left so here not farrr," she said waving the phone in her phone.

"It's..." I trailed off, "Ariel," I barely whispered.

"What happened?!" She said standing up.

"I did it, not her, don't blame her I know you guys are friends." It's true, they're really good friends. Neither of them know it but I read her deleted messages, I have an app don't ask I know all her passwords so I could get into her messages and deleted ones.

"What did you do?!"

"Something horrible," I was balling again
