"W-what do you mean?" Harry asks confusion clear on his face.
"It's really complicated and we don't know much about the situation yet. I know it's hard to believe, but you have stay calm an-" The doctor can't even finish his sentence because Harry interrupts him.
"Calm! How am I supposed to stay calm! This isn't normal, this isn't supposed to happen!" I can only stare, I can't seem to move. I can hear the doctor explaining things but I don't hear it.
"Louis? Louis, can you hear me? Louis, please. Louis, I need you!" I'm torn from my previous state by Harry calling for me. I blink and look around, the doctor has left. When I turn to look at Harry I see tears streaming down his cheeks. His eyes are red and puffy and he looks so small in the big hospital bed.
"Harry, are you okay, love?" I ask him softly, not wanting to anger him. I know that didn't work when I see Harry's face, He's either about to burst in tears or get really angry and scream. it's a combination of the two.
"Of course I'm not okay, Lou! I have this thing inside of me. What are we gonna do, Lou? I don't know what to do?" His voice breaks and more tears are streaming down his face. I wipe the tears away and lookin his eyes. There's so much fear and it breaks my heart to see him like this.
"Harry, can you look at me? We're going to be okay, yeah? not alone, I'm in this too. It's HazandLou remember? I love you, babe. Nothing can change that." Harry smiles a small smile then whispers a 'love you' back. I go to lay on his bed and he is draped over my chest. I run my hand through his hair. I don't know how this is going to work, but I'm sure we can manage. For now, sleep will be the best for both of us.
