Enyo's POV. ....
"Em-de laik baga." He is the enemy. A voice spat through the crowd gathered around the centre of the village. I frowned upon my arrival, back from my trip to see my mother at the trading post, sensing that something had happened whilst i was gone. I dropped my pack next to the hut and pushed my way through the crowd and seeing my worst nightmare: my brother bound against the tree where traitors are known to be tortured.

"Din yu na frag em op?" Wont you kill him? A young woman asked as Anya appeared in my line of sight. Once she saw me she held my stare and i knew that shit was about to go down. Walking towards my brother, i noticed the small cuts Anya must have made before i arrived, and the fear in his eyes. If it weren't for his arms being bound he probably would have been shaking. My blood boiled and my eyes cold i stood calmly between Abe and Anya, making the silent threat clear. Leader or not, NO ONE hurts my baby brother. Anya holds up her hand making it clear that she wants everyone's attention on her, nodding for the guards to stand by the post and motioning her hand towards me and her hut. I give my brother a nod, our sibling bond strong enough to know what i mean without speaking. As Anya leads me through the crowd i feel the glares in my back as proof that no one will accept him to get off scot free without punishment. Closing the door of her hut, she turns to face me.

"Em don sad klin. Womplei koen thaux kodon." He made his choice. Death by a thousand cuts. Anya states coldly. There was no remorse in her eyes, but that wasnt a surprise. Anya was known for many things but she never showed mercy, even on her own people. I remembered that night as clear as ever, when i needed her the most. She showed me no remorse back then either but at the time i didnt need comfort, i just needed to forget the pain and Anya was a helpful distraction...

Flashback to 3 years ago: I wiped the tears from my cheeks as i stepped outside of Anya's hut after being summoned. Subconciously wiping the blood that used to be on my hands a few days ago, onto my warrior clothing. It wasn't a surprise that she wanted to see me really. She has only been the leader for a short time but now that she is the Trikru clan leader, she has begun to mentor Lexa and other nightblood nafishiates. I wasnt a nightblood but i was quite skilled and wise for a 15 year old non-nightblood warrior and Anya saw my potential a few weeks ago and made me her advisor. I was so excited i ran straight to... shaking my head i took a few calming breaths. She's not here anymore. Shes dead. I killed her. Anya's guards stepped out into the night and nodded respectfully once they walked past me. I wiped my eyes again still haunted by her everywhere and walked into Anya's hut, head held high and hands grasped behind my back to show her i wasn't going to let my emotions get the best of me.
