Carcordane School

Hi! This is the first book i am writing on wattpad in my life so please forgive me if there are any flaws:) Hope you enjoy reading it!

Drake's POV:

"Drake! GET YOUR FAT ASS OFF YOUR BED AND START GETTING READY FOR SCHOOL!" my sister, Esther, thundered while slamming my bedroom door open.

I sat up on my bed annoyed and shouted back, "What school?! In case you forgot, we have finished school 300 years ago!"

I know what your're thinking, we should be dead and decomposing already.

Well you see, my entire family are vampires. Not just any average and normal vampires, we are royal and pureblood vampires. The strongest of our kind.

" Don't you remember? Mum said that we are going back to school to see if we could find our mates! Damn you have a bad memory." Esther said in an annoyed tone.

Esther and I have not found our mates yet, and it gets kinda lonely. Thus, we tend to fool around and have many temporary 'mates'. They don't really mean anything to us, its just something we do to temporarily fill that empty void in our hearts.

That void can only be filled forever by our mates.

Our mother , the Queen, got very annoyed by our actions and decided to send us back to school in hopes for us to find our mates ,and hence stop our actions. I thought it was a dumb idea but no one really disagrees with the Queen so I just went along with it.

It's not that I don't want to find my mate, its just that its kinda dumb to go to a damn school of all places to find a mate. I don't even know how my mother could possibly come up with that idea.

I groaned tiredly , climbing out of my comfy 4 poster, king sized bed lazily before getting ready.

I went out of my room after getting ready for around 10 minutes. Its kinda long for a guy but well I might meet my mate and I would like to look good for her.

Using vampire speed, I sped out of the castle, got into Esther and I's shared Lamborghini Alar, before Esther sped us both off to school.

Annastacia's POV :

For the past few days, every student in Carcordane School was talking about Prince Drake and Princess Esther coming to our school to find their mates.

Today was finally the day they were coming, every single girl in the school except me and Caroline, my best friend , were dressed in their best clothes and covered in thick layers of make-up.

Caroline and I are not really interested in the Prince unlike all the other girls in the school. So, we didn't spend any time at all getting ourselves all dolled up. It's not like there is a slightest chance that the Prince of all people would end up being either of our mates.

Everybody in Carcordane School are vampires, so we knew what mates are, and once mates have found each other they would instantly fall in love.

A load of bullcrap? I know.

But it really just happens, vampires can't really help it.

"Annastacia, look at Kate and her group, they look like over dressed Barbie dolls!' Caroline said, and we both laughed.

" What are you laughing at? Us? Ha! Look at yourself first, I'm sure when the Prince and Princess arrive, they would surely make you laughing stock with what you are wearing." Kate the school's Queen Bee, a.k.a blond b*tch, said to us in a disgusted tone.

Gosh I really can't stand her annoying gift.

Kate had the special gift of being able to hear sounds very clearly even from far so I guess she heard us.

Caroline and I just rolled our eyes at her and walked off to our classes. Completely ignoring the string curses that she belted out loudly to us.

Suddenly, we heard many ear-piercing shrieks from girls, and loud wolf whistles from boys.

Looks like the royal majesties have arrived.

We both turned around and we saw the Prince and Princess walking into the school across the large carpark outside the school.

When I saw the Prince, my heart began to flutter.

I couldn't believe it...

It can't be...

Why me?

It was then, I knew instantly that the Prince of Vampires, Drake.

Is my mate.

Shit just got real.
