six - The Scooby Doo Gang

It was a cold night in Lakewood. A dark and twisted avail that a single chill could make your spine tingle. The liveliness in the small town seem to decipher it's ticket to hell based off of the spring of murders.

Aria Foster was curled up in bed that night, binge watching Friends from it's very first episode on Netflix with a glass of water sitting almost painfully still on her nightstand.

Her window was cracked open, the wind of the night blowing a breeze into her room every now and then. When it did, the curtains would billow against the pressure only so gently in the air before calmly falling in peace.

It wasn't until Aria gotten an urgent phone call from her older brother, Noah Foster, to hurry down to the police station, where there, what could of been the start of a great relationship with Riley Marra was murdered at the rooftop.

The brunette jumped out of bed and slipped into her white with black striped Adidas Superstars, not even bothering to change from her black sweatpants and her almost tight fitting white t-shirt.

Her ponytail was swinging left to right while jogging down to the station. Once she arrived, she stumbled upon the scene of her brother in the form of a public break down and being held back by Audrey Jensen.

''Hey! Protect and Serve my ass!''

''Noah,'' Audrey cooed.

''Where were- where was he?'' He yells, pointing an accusing finger at a police officer walking by. Aria slowly approached with the corner of her eyes sinking down from her frown. She's never seen her brother this infuriated. ''She was right here!''

''Noah, stop,'' Emma Duval desperately begged while in tears.

''Hey,'' Aria mumbled, placing a firm squeeze on her brother's shoulders while walking from around and behind him.

''I don't understand,'' He cried. ''I don't understand. Who would kill her? I need to know.''

The blonde roughly wipes her tears away and cocks her head to the side. ''Yeah, so do I.''

''Hey,'' Aria drawled in a little singing as her and Audrey entered the comic book store early that next morning. Audrey held her cup of coffee in her hand while Aria held her drink along with Noah's.

He crashed at the comic book store for the night and although Aria desired for Noah to grief at home, where he could mourn and rant and pour his emotions with his greatest friend of all, his little sister, she respected the fact that he needed to be alone for a little while.

Even if that meant they weren't under the same roof.

Audrey's eyebrows jumped on her forehead. ''We found you.''

Aria walked towards the back of the plushy dark brown leather couch while Audrey walked around to the front of it, and leans forward so she was able to face. She smiles at him softly and hands him his caffeinated drink.

''Thank you.'' He takes the drink from her gasp.

Audrey's gaze flickered from his phone to his eyes and asks in a small voice, ''What are you reading?''

''Uh, highlights,'' He moved his phone in center for both his best friend and his little sister to see. ''from my brief text relationship with Riley.'' He heaves a vague smile. ''Meet me by the football field,'' He began chuckling softly, ''That's a really big one. Uh, yes, my mom's on a kale kick.''
