Chapter 2

Amber's P.O.V

(Adym) "Baby wake up we're here" I felt Adym playing with my hair and I fluttered my eyes open.
"Good morning sunshine we're here" he pointed out my window to his apartment complex and I couldn't help but feel butterflies in the pit of my stomach.

(Amber) "Does Sawyer know?" I squeezed Adym's hand and he just kissed it.

(Adym) "Yes I told him now common he's excited to meet you" we unbuckled our seat belts and walked out. The walk wasn't that far but it felt like forever till we finally reached his door and I just froze flooded with a million thoughts.
"Don't worry I'm right here with you" he lightly squeezes my hand I take a deep breath and he opens the door.
"Sawyer we're home" Sawyer comes out his room with a big smile on his face and gives me a hug.

(Sawyer) "It's so good to finally meet you Amber" he pulls away and does his little handshake with Adym
"Sorry the place is such a mess I've just been a little busy but would you like something to drink?"

(Adym) "Water would be nice"

(Sawyer) "Not you I was asking Amber" he glares at Adym and they start laughing

(Amber) "No thank you I'm okay" I offer him a shy smile and he just nods.

(Adym) "Baby my room is right there go lay down I'll be there in a bit just give me a couple of minutes" I nod and started walking towards his room. I threw myself onto his bed when I heard Adym and Sawyer arguing.

(Sawyer) "Where is she going to stay?"

(Adym) "With me in my room she's moving in her sister kicked her out"

(Sawyer) "She probably deserved it I mean she did steal you away from Veronica"

(Adym) "It was my fault too but she's staying here with us and that's final" he walked in his room and I closed my eyes to make it look like I was sleeping when I felt him wrap his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.

(Adym) "Good night princess" he kissed my head and I turned around so we were facing each other.

(Amber) "Good night mi vida" I kissed him and closed my eyes. Gosh it feels so good to feel the warmth of his body and not be paranoid that Veronica can walk in any second.

1 hour later

It feels so good waking up with  Adym's face centimeters away, so since I bet Sawyer is out and I'm the only one awake I kinda wanna hop in the shower I try wiggling out of Adym's grip but he just tightens it.

(Adym) "Where do you think you're going missy?" he kissed my forehead and I just giggled.

(Amber) "I was gonna go shower I wanna freshen up" he finally lets go and I shoot up from his bed before he has the chance to grab me again.
"And I was kinda hoping that after I get out we can go out to eat or go to Malibu and just have a relaxing day at the beach" I took of my sweater and I was just in my bra and underwear.

(Adym) "Why not both go shower, get dressed and we can just have a day to ourselves to forget everything that's happened today" he gets up and walks towards me

(Amber) "Sounds like a plan now imma go shower" I ran into his bathroom and started the shower.

*20 minutes later*

I walked out the bathroom and our bags were already set.

(Adym) "Ready?" he wraps his arms around my waist and I nodded.
"Okay lets go" he grabbed our bags and we walked out his apartment.

(Amber) "You're not gonna call Sawyer and tell him where we're going so he won't freak?" Adym looked at me and shook his head so I just shrugged my shoulders. We finally got to his car and we hopped in.

(Adym) "Hey baby I'm sorry your sister had to find out like this" he grabbed my hand and kissed it.

(Amber) "It's okay babe don't worry now common a beautiful beach is waiting for us" he smiled and started driving.

*5 minutes later*

We were pulling up to Starbucks when we saw Sawyers car parked in the parking lot.

(Amber) "Hey baby isn't that Sawyer's car?" I pointed to the car parked three spots from us and he nods.

(Adym) "Yeah come on lets see if he's inside" we got out the car and as soon as we got out we saw him sitting down with some girl across from him.
"Whose sitting with him?" we walked in and I immediately recognized the girl it was Veronica and I guess I wasn't the only one who recognized her.

(Adym) "Veronica?" she turns around and her eyes fill up with anger and she stands up.

(Veronica) "Oh won't you look who it is Adym and my slut of a sister" she started walking towards us and Sawyer got up so he can try to hold her back but he couldn't.

(Amber) "Veronica what are you doing here?"

(Veronica) "Why do you care bitch" she wiped her eyes and I couldn't help but let all the anger that was boiling inside me come out and slap her.

(Amber) "You don't know how it really happened so keep your mouth shut before I do it for you and you know I'm capable of doing it just remember what happened in Chicago" I turned around and grabbed Adym's arm so we can leave.

(Veronica) "I do that's why I cheated on Adym with his brother"
