Harvey's P.O.V
I'm broken. I can't live without Bailey. I love her, I need to forget about Max and ask Bailey out, I bet the only reason he doesn't want me going out with her is because he wants Bailey to himself and Jackie is just there to throw me off the scent. But unluckily for Max, I'm like a hound dog, I'll always find Bailey, I'll always be there with her.
Time skip to tomorrow (sorry for so many skips)
Today is the day, I'm going to ask Bailey out. I hope she says yes even after I told her we couldn't be together. Walking with my head up high I enter the studio and see Bailey on her usual chair, she seemed so much more beautiful today, I see her in a new way now. I waited until half way though practise when we had a break and then made my move.
"Bailey, could I talk to you outside?" I asked quietly hoping Max wouldn't hear
"Sure, as long as it's not to tell me that we can't even be friends any more," Bailey sneered. She's mad at me, great. Still, maybe her mood will change when I ask her out. I led Bailey out of the studio and into the car park. "Look, I know you don't exactly like me right now..." I started staring at my feet awkwardly. I don't know what's wrong with me, I don't feel nervous, why is this such an issue. "You don't say!" Bailey snapped rolling her eyes "I'm sorry okay, Max said I should say that" I defended, "HARVEY! Don't blame this on your brother!" Bailey yelled "but-" I started "No. Just leave me alone Harvey" she said coldly and started to walk away "Bailey! Please!" I yelled, she carried on walking "I love you!" I continued to yell tears started to form in my eyes but I blinked them away. "Then that's just too bad" Bailey responded blankly. I'd never known Bailey to be so cold,I can't believe she held a grudge against me even when I told her I did love her.
Bailey's P.O.V
Harvey doesn't love me. He said he didn't yesterday so why would he today? I do love Harvey, but I have to put my career above my feeling for some boy. Jake told me I couldn't go out with Harvey or my career would be over, so this is for the best even if Harvey doesn't realise it yet. I stormed into a small room in the studio, I just need to get away from everything, I played my music on shuffle and the first song that plays is 'drive by':
On the other side of a street i knew

but I thought this can't be true

Where ever to get away from me.
Yup, that's me right now. I would move to America just to get away from all this drama, all this heartache, all these difficult decisions that are slowly killing me inside.
Oh but that one night

Oh I was overwhelmed and frankly scared as hell
Because I really fell for you
That's sounds nice, everything finished, all the drama gone, just Harvey and I. Together.
"Oh I swear to ya, I'll be there for ya" Sang a voice from behind me "you were singing" he continued
"Go away Harvey" I said with an icy tone that even surprised me, I didn't know I could sound so mean "I swear " Harvey repeated walking towards me slowly "Harvey you don't get it, it's better this way." I told him blinking tears away from my eyes "Why!? Why is it better that every minuet I hope that you'll change your mind and tell me you want to be with me, why is it better that I can't hold you in my arms, why? Why is it better!" Harvey asked tears rolling down his cheeks, I can't tell if he's angry or sad, maybe both. "BECAUSE JAKE SAID IT'S US OR MY CAREER!" I yelled without thinking "One of them has to go" I continued, my head fell into my hands as I sobbed. I heard Harvey sit next to me, then he pulled my onto his lap and hugged me tight. I looked into his handsome brown eyes. I watched Harvey's face come closer to mine, I turned my face shielding myself from his kiss "Harvey, I'm sorry" I said standing up and wiping the tears from my eyes "Bailey" Harvey started reaching out for my hand "NO HARVEY I CAN'T! YOU DON'T SEEM TO GET THAT! BUT I CAN'T! WE CAN NEVER BE!" I yell/cried. Harvey grabbed my arm, pulled me into him and kissed me "I don't care, your the one" Harvey whispered then continued to kiss me, I kissed him back then pulled away suddenly realising what was happening "Goodbye Harvey" I whispered then walked out the room and to Jake's car. I texted Jake:
Bailey: I'm in ur car
Jake: Why? R u ok? What did Harvey do?
Bailey: Nothing, I just feel sick and want to go home
Jake: ok, I'm coming now
I sat my phone down and waited for Jake.
