"Athena, it's first day! Wake up, you lazyhead!" I heard Althea waking me up this early for this day.
"Thea, I'm not lazy, you are." I groaned as I wake up, groggily. "Anyways, come on! You don't want to be late!" And off she goes sprinting downstairs.
I just rolled my eyes over the thought of Thea telling me I'm lazy. Excuse me, I'm the active one out of my siblings along with Zylo so, for the record, I am not lazy.
Speaking of, it is indeed the first day of classes. Heck, time flies real fast but I got no time for reminiscing stuff. It's pure cliché if I do reminisce stuff that's unnecessary. Anyways, I got to prepare my clothes. This will indeed become a big day ahead.
Sometimes, when we go to school, we always go with all of our cousins together. I know, we always have been so close together. Like I said, we treat each other as siblings so that thing also comes within us.
"Good morning, Athena. What would you like to have for breakfast?" Mom asked. "Pancakes would do for this day. Make 'em three pieces Mom." I smiled and prepared myself for bath since Mom is going to prepare the pancakes first.
Heading towards the bathroom, I could hear that someone was already taking a bath. Good thing we have two bathrooms so, with my clothes prepped, I headed towards the second bathroom and good thing no one is there or else I'll have to effing wait for a long time.
Minutes later, I was prepped up and ready so I head over to the dining room to take my breakfast with the rest of the family. Of course, as we were finished, I volunteered to clean up the dishes while my siblings wait for me.
"Ready, Athena?" Harvey asked. "Of course, as I ever will be." I replied as we gave Mom and Dad a peck goodbye before we head out. "So, will we be taking someone's car?" Althea questioned. "Aunt Carmella said that she would take us to school along with our other cousins. I swear, I could use my car to drive us to the academy." Zylo answered with a disapproving look on his face.
"That's because you were grounded, bro. If you just didn't sneak out at night to go to Hera's house, heck, you should have been driving us right now. Besides I would get my driver's license next year when I have my birthday so, I can't drive us to the academy yet." Harvey told Zylo with an annoying tone.
"Watch your mouth, Harvey. You don't want to remind Zylo about what he as done. He knows as to why this is happening." I reminded him. "Yeah, yeah. By the way, aren't you supposed to get your license yet, Devon? I mean, you're at the legal age line so when will you get 'em?" Harvey now turned his attention to Devon, who is looking at his phone.
"Hmm, I think next two months would be a good time to get my license. I still am training myself and duh, I know that I'm going to get myself one." He rolled his eyes.
As we reached Ares' home, there lies his siblings but our other cousins aren't there yet. We greeted the others and sat by the living room while the boys put our bags by the van.
"I just noticed something, Thea." I said to Thea who is right beside me. "What is it?"
"All of us in the youngest line are classmates." I told her. "Oh yeah! Why didn't I notice that?"
"That's because you aren't attentive enough."
"I wonder what class is Phoebe this time?" Thea once again said. "Well, probably, she will still be in the same class as us too."
"Hey, the others are already here. Come on, let's get in the van." Hermes said as he entered the room, looking for Aunt Carmella. As he is searching his mother, we all went to the van and separated ourselves 'cause we all won't fit in one van that's why we'll be occupying three vans - Aunt Carmella will be driving the first, Uncle Alex for the second and Apollo for the third since he has his license already.
