Taehyung woke up with a hurting head. Everything seemed so blurry. Was it all a dream? Everything that happened last night? The boy then slowly sat up. He could hear that the TV was on. His parents were probably watching morning news.
He slowly dragged his legs to the bathroom and jumped a little when he looked at the mirror. His forehead was bruised quiet noticeably. Maybe he fell and hit it on something hard? In any way it hurt a lot. He threw on a red sweater and made his way down. His parents didn't notice him and continued on watching the TV. Taehyung went to the kitchen to get some water. He stopped poring water when a certain line form TV caught his attention.
"Five men are were missing last night and one of them was found dead, beat up and stabbed around four times into his throat. The relatives of these men said that they went out celebrating so the victims were possibly drunk. Some citizens are saying they have heard some shouting in the street, but no one could witness the attack."
This wasn't a dream... Taehyung's hands started shaking. He needs to see Jungkook. He needs to figure out what the hell happened to him!
"Taehyung! Your up" his mom smiled and quickly ran up to him kissing his cheeks."you absolutely scared up! We found you passed out in front of the house. You poor thing probably slipped and hit your head or something. Thanks to Soonshim, he barked and made us look outside" she spilled out and kissed Taehyung again.
"Mom I need to go out"
"What?"
"You really shouldn't" his dad said petting Taehyung's hair "your pretty weak now"
"No you don't understand I really need to go" Taehyung protested.
He started panicking and his legs suddenly gave in out of no where so he collapsed. His parents quickly caught their son.
"See?" His mother said and helped Taehyung to stand up straight again.
And what do you know.. Here he was. Sitting in his bed again, he looked through the window. His legs felt weak for some reason, but now he really was thinking of jumping through the window to those trees. He quickly jumped out of his fluffy bed with baby blue bedding and went to open the window. Looking down made him doubt the idea again.
"Jungkook!"
Nothing... He stood there expecting at least something, but nothing happened.. He sat on the edge of his bed and rested his head on the windowsill. Fifteen minutes, twenty minutes... half an hour... Nothing. The boy lifted his head and felt something smooth and cold on his hand. He jumped and held his breath. It was a small, thin, white snake. She hissed quietly in a weirdly calming tone. Taehyung started breathing again. She slowly and elegantly slid into his room and on to his lap. Something about this snake made Taehyung feel good. He remembered then how Jungkook warned him about black and white snakes. He carefully brushed his fingertips on her smooth skin. She stopped and rested in his lap. Taehyung smiled and started petting her a little braver. She hissed calmly.
"Is Jungkook well? Is he fine?" Taehyung asked.
She just laid there with what it looked like a little smile. He took it as a yes and placed his hand on his heart.
"If he is.. Thank god" he sighed with a relief.
The teen stayed with the snake on his lap for some time. You don't usually talk to a snake and have her all cuddled up in your lap. After what it seems like frothy minutes the snake finally started to move. She slid out of the window and just disappeared. Taehyung felt calm and happy. Something told him it was a good sign.

It was Monday. There was no sign of Jungkook. That made Taehyung worry again.
"Have you heard the news?"
"This is scary.."
Taehyung's friends talked as he quietly placed his books inside of his locker.
"I swear it must be Jungkook"
"You think? Could be.. He didn't come to school today"
"Probably hiding already"
Some girls said walking past Taehyung.
The whole school was talking about the dead body, gone men and Jungkook. All of them didn't know the truth, but were right... At least for the murder. Taehyung felt horrible for Jungkook. He knew that the poor thing regretted his acts. He wasn't sure what exactly was wrong with him, but he waned to help his crush and not shame him for what he did. Taehyung could agree he sounded crazy in his head, but his heart won over his brain.
The lessons didn't go well at all. He didn't have to attend P.E because of his still week body and his skateboard was hid by his mom for a week. Great...
Taehyung walked home. The road seemed so long  and boring without Jungkook to chat with... And Hoseok, Jimin and Yoongi went to the opposite side. With that though he turned right into the forest. Hoping to find a shortcut and maybe get some clues about Jungkook. He walked fast and looked around all the time.
"Jungkook?" He called "Jungkook!" Quiet...
Taehyung smiled. It wasn't Jungkook, but it was the same snake he met yesterday. She made him calm. She stopped next to him and brushed against his legs and then started to quiet quickly, what it seems, slide through the leafs. Taehyung stated fallowing her. He almost hoped she would of bring him to Jungkook, but no.. It was his house... He still kneeled and thanked the snake.
"What should I can you? You're so beautiful.." He said brushing his fingers on her white, shimmering skin "Luna.. Yeah I'll call you Luna."
The snake brushed against his hands and disappears into the bushes.
"I guess he's fine." He said to himself and went to his room.
This routine happened few more days. Jungkook wasn't there. Taehyung started getting worried regardless the fact that Luna assured him he was ok. But there wasn't much eh could do...
