Chapter 33: Looking like Freddie

Heidi's POV

Once we got inside the tiny room in the basement of Auradon Prep, we lock the door, "Do you think anyone saw us?" I asked trying to catch my breath, Uma shook her head before answering, "No, I think we are safe." I slide down the wall, "So, we are in Auradon, now what?" I asked. "We need to find the Fairy Godmother's wand." I was already missing the Isle, "How do you think we are going to do that? We can't just walk around Auradon, someone would see us and inform Ben that we were here." I pointed out with a huff. Uma thought for a moment and like a light bulb going off in her head, she pulled out Maleficent's spell book, and started flipping through the pages. "What are you doing? I don't think there is a spell to summon the wand." I said not sure that all of this was a good idea. "No, but what you just said gave me a great idea," Uma must have found what she is looking for, "Person of objection, become her new reflection." Uma read from the spell book. Suddenly I was engulfed in dark purple smoke. As the smoke cleared I heard Uma start laughing, "Prefect, I am a genius." I looked at her confused, not sure what that spell had down to me, "WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME! YOU BETTER NOT HAVE DONE ANYTHING THAT CAN'T BE UNDONE! I yelled at her, but I noticed that I didn't sound like me anymore. "Calm down, this spell will help us." Uma said vaguely, she pointed to the mirror in the room, I turned around and walk up to the mirror. Once I saw my reflection I understood what that spell did, standing in the mirror wasn't me anymore, it was Freddie Facilier. "You made me look like Freddie?" I asked turning back to her. "Yes, but only you will see yourself, while everyone else will see Freddie Facilier, as you said, you and I couldn't walk around without getting noticed by someone, then they would alert Ben and the VK's, but with you looking like Freddie, you can walk around and get information, no one will be any the wiser." Uma explained. I had to admit it was a good idea, "Okay, but why couldn't you turn into Freddie?" I asked fling my arms into the air. "Because someone has to stay here." Uma said flat out, "Now, you better hurry off to school." Uma smiled evilly. "How am I supposed to pretend to be Freddie, when I know nothing about her life here in Auradon?" Uma thought again for a moment, "Just go along with what people say." Uma said pushing out of the room, "Good luck." Uma said closing the door. I let out a sigh and headed down a dark tunnel. After what seems forever, I finally come up to a wooden door, I push it open and to my relief I was in the court yard in front of the school. "Freddie!" I heard a very girly voice yell. I look around to find the source of the yell, only to see a girl with long blonde hair with white and light blue highlights with a black ribbon in her hair. Her eyes were light blue. She wore a baby blue collar dress with black lining around sleeve, and flower-shaped buttons with a flower pattern design along the rim, she had a black bow around her waist, and a nice-looking watch on her left wrist, under her dress she wore baby blue and white stripped tights, and her shoes were black with purple lacing. "Yes?" I asked, I wasn't sure what to say, but then I remembered Uma's advice. "I have been looking for you everywhere. Why didn't you come back to the dorm last night?" The girl asked me now standing in front of me. "Never mind that, we are going to be late." The girl said grabbing my hand, "Who are you again?" I asked not wanting to blow my cover, the girl started laughing a cute laugh, "Freddie, sometimes you are too much, I am Ally, the daughter of Alice." My eyes widened, 'I should have gotten that one. She looks just like her mother' I thought as she dragged inside one of the buildings. The inside of this building was full of staircases and bedrooms, this must be those dorms that she mentioned about. We stopped in front of a door. Ally knocked softly on it. The door opened reveling another girl, the girl in front of us was slender, fair skinned, light blue eyes, long dark purple hair with violet highlights and her hair was in a high ponytail. She had on a golden jacket, a top that was decorated with jewels, harem pants, a purple waistband, and a pair of heel ankle boots with golden heels. "Sorry I am late Jordan, but Freddie here decided that she want to go for a morning walk. Ally pulled me into the room as Jordan closed the door. "We are just waiting for Carly to finish her makeup. As if on cue the bathroom door opens and out walks a girl with blonde hair, she was wearing a light blue jacket, a pretty white dress that fell to the start of her knees, and wedges with blue on the front. "Okay, okay, I am ready." Carly put some bag down and walked off over to us. "Freddie? Are you okay?" Carly asked me giving me a strange look. "Yeah, just not sure on what we are all doing here." The three girls started laughing, "We are going shopping for our dresses for cotillion." Ally said as she got her laughter under control, "Cotillion?" I asked, not sure on what that was. "Yeah, cotillion, you know the dance that King Ben is having to honor Mal becoming his lady of the court." Carly explained to me, "Oh, right." I remembered hearing something about that on TV. "Now come on, we only have 3 days to find the prefect dress." Jordan said opening the door. "Lucky I have the prefect store." Carly said. Ally grabbed my hand again dragging me out of the room and down the streets of Auradon.
