Heidi's POV

After I explained everything from us kidnapping Ben all the way up till now. Ally just looked at me. "Well you see girls, it sounds to me that she really didn't have a choice." Carly wiped a tear from her eye, "No one deserves to live that kind of life." Carly wrapped her arms around me giving me a big hug. Jordan was the one who didn't move, "Did you two hear the same story I did, she kidnapped our King, tried to steal Fairy Godmother's wand, Broke the barrier, and pretended to be our friend for days just to get information out of us." Carly and Ally just looked at Jordan with some kind of weird expression. "Jordan, you are only seeing the bad things she did." Carly said putting her hand on my shoulder, "Maybe that is because she is a VILLAIN!" Jordan shouted the last part, "She is a villain, yes, but she is also a human being, and my mother always taught to never judge a book by its cover, and after reading this book I can honestly say this book is heavily damaged." Ally spoke with confidents. "She just wanted friends." Carly said, "And now you have two, who accept you for you are, and not where you come from or who your father is." Ally and Carly both smiled at me and I returned that smile. "Jordan, I am sorry that I deceived you, but Uma..." Jordan cut me off, "Uma is just one person, you could have told us anytime and we would have kept it to ourselves, you had the choice to either tell us the truth or to keep lying and you choose wrong." I stood up back on my feet. "It is all I know how to do, it was how I was raised, and it's in my blood, none of you have any idea what it is like to grow up on the Isle, and none of you can imagine what all of us go through every day, some are more luck then others but that is VERY a small number of us, maybe if more of you saw what the Isle was like then you wouldn't be so quick to judge those who come from there." I said looking Jordan in the eyes, "I might hate the Isle sometimes, but that hunk of rock is my home and it has some of the worst people on it, but there some of us that are just misunderstood." I finished my speech and took a deep breath. "I am not sure what to say." Ally stepped forward and took Jordan's hand, "Heidi is no different than Mal, Evie, Jay, or Carlos, you gave them a chance, and you are close friends will all four of them, so there is no reason why you can't give Heidi her chance." Carly stepped up beside Ally, "She might need your help Jordan." Jordan looked at Carly confused, "She might need to help her learn to control these powers he has, and you of all people know just how hard that is to do on your own." Jordan nudged Ally and Carly out of the way and stood in front of me. "I might not fully understand what the Isle is like, but I do know how it feels to be alone and scared in a new place." Jordan stuck her hand to me, I hesitated for a second but then placed my hand in hers and we shook hands. "See, if more people were open to change there would be no reason for the Isle, but unfortunately people tend to judge other by their background and not for the person themselves." Ally said putting her hand over Jordan's and mine, "Ally you wise beyond your years." Carly said placing her hand over the three over ours. I smiled at that the fact that I know had three friends and I couldn't wait to make more. I was snapped out of the moment I was having by the sound of Carlos's voice, I had almost forgotten that there was a party going on. I walked back into the crowd of people just in time to catch whatever Carlos was saying, "Not too thrilled I risked my life for him." Carlos said daggers in his eyes, Ben and Uma bowed to each other and went back to dancing. A girl stepped up between Mal and Evie, "Who is that?" I asked Ally, "That is Lonnie, she is the daughter of Fa Mulan and Li Shang, "We're with you, Mal." Lonnie said trying to comfort Mal. To say no one looked happy was an understatement, everyone just looked sad, pissed off, and worried about what Uma being with Ben could do to Auradon, they all had a right to fear what was coming. Finally, Jay made his way to Mal's side, "Let's get out of here." Jay said taking Mal's arm, "Okay." Was all Mal said and it almost below a whisper. Jay lead Mal as Evie, Carlos, Lonnie, and another guy started heading out. "And the boy with Evie?" Ally giggled, "You are such a newbie, that is Doug, he is son of Dopey." I suddenly remembered that Ben had told me all about him back in the basement on the Isle. "Ben was telling the truth." I said out loud. "What do you mean?" Jordan asked. "When Ben was our prisoner he told me about how the VK's lives had changed, I just thought he was making it up." Carly let out a little laugh, "Most of the things out of Ben's mouth is true." The gang was stopped by the former king and queen, "Mal." King Beast and Belle stopped them, "Honey, we're so sorry. We had no idea." Belle said in a soft tone, "I'm going to talk with him." King Beast said in a strict tone. I could see how much they cared about Mal and that was something I longed for a family that cared for me. Mal let out of breath, I could tell that couldn't deal with anymore. Suddenly Jane ran past the group and up to the man at the top of the staircase. "Lumiere, unveil the gift. They need to see it." Jane pleaded with the man.
