Chapter 17: A VK encounter

Heidi's POV

As Harry and I rounded a corner I put my hand out to stop Harry. "What is it?" Harry asked. I did not say a word, but I pointed, Harry followed to where I was pointing and saw Ben who was walking around the alley. "This is too easy." I said with an evil smile that matches my dad's. "you will distract him and I will grab him." I said as Harry nodded his head both of going in separate directions. I jumped onto one of clothes line and followed Harry. "Well I sure never seen you here before." Harry questioned Ben. "Hello? Who's there?" Ben asked looking around. "Where are my manners. I am Harry Hook son the famous Captain hook." Harry did a little bow to Ben. "Nice to meet you." Ben said as he started to walk backwards. I jumped from clothesline to clothesline till I perfectly balanced on the one right behind Ben. "Who might you be?" Harry questioned with his evil smirk coming across face. "Who? Me? Well my name is Johnny. I am the son of prince John." Ben said trying to sound convincing. I rolled my eyes and let a small quite giggle slip from my lips. I could tell the look on Harry's face, and he did not buy that story for a second. "Really? I wasn't aware that there was a prince John on the Isle." I wasn't sure if I should let Harry keep toying with Ben or just end this. I think poor Ben has suffered enough for now. I swing off the clothesline and land on my feet directly behind Ben. "Well I have someone else for to meet, she a friend of mine." Harry smiled at me, "She's Heidi daughter of Hades." Harry finished as he pointed to me. Ben slowly turned around and faced me. "Hi." I waved at him. Before Ben could say or do anything else Harry hit him in the back of the head with his hook knocking out Ben. As I was about to say we should go Harry's smile grew wider and he pointed his hook further down the alley. Through all the ragged clothes and mist I could see Evie, Carlos and Jay at the end. I looked up at Harry, "Are you thinking what I am thinking?" I asked understanding now why Harry did not want to leave just yet. "Time to deliver Uma's message." I nodded my head as I whistled and a group of crew members made their way out of the shadows and up to us. "Keep him hidden till we come back." I ordered. I stood up and Harry and I made our way over to the VK's. As Harry and I both walked up to the VK" s "Ben don't scare us like that." I heard Evie say. I laughed as Harry and I reveled ourselves, "Don't scare you, but that's my specialty." Harry said lifting his head showing off a smile. "Harry." Evie said, "Heidi." I smiled as Carlos said my name. "What did you do with Ben?" Jay asked loudly sounding very angry. I let out a crazy laugh and started to twirl my hair with my finger. "Oh. We nicked him." Harry said still with a smile on his face as he pointed to the alleyway. "Yep." I commented looking Carlos up and down. Evie, Carlos and Jay all looked scared and that made me even happier. "And if you want to see him again have Mal come to chip shop tonight." Harry said eyeing all 3 VK's. "Alone." I said pointing to each one of them, "Uma wants a little visit." I grinned a grin that would make the Cheshire cat to shame. Harry then turned his attention to Jay and made a fake sad face at him, "Oh Jay, it seems you've lost you touch." Harry said cocking his head to the side looking Jay up and down taunting the wannabe thief. Jay was about to lung at Harry but Evie put her hand on his arm holding him back, that got both Harry and me to laugh. I turned to Carlos and let out a bark as Harry slung his arm over my shoulder. I blew a kiss to Carlos as Harry and I turned our backs walking off to collect Ben and head back to the chip shop.
