After that encounter at lunch with Chanel and Liam, Aurora decided to skip the rest of her classes and walk home. She didn't really care if she was going to get yelled at, it would only result in more fighting and her trying to take her own life. When she got home, she noticed that her father's briefcase and heels next to each other. She sighed and realized that her father had another woman in their home.
She went to her room and locked the door, she put her headphones in and got on her computer to listen to music and went to sleep.
In Aurora's Dreams
Aurora's eyes fluttered open once more and looked around. There were people everyone and she heard blasting music, she looked in front of her to see Chanel with water all over her. Chanel's whole face turned red and pushed Aurora to the ground.
"You freak! Who even invited you to the party! Why don't just home and kill yourself already!?" She yelled, Aurora looked around and everyone was laughing. It was like what happened in the hallway, she turned to see Liam who looked embarrassed and looked away from her.
Aurora then woke up to see herself outside in front of the street. A truck and a few other cars were blowing their horns at her. She panicked and ran out of the street and fell on the sidewalk.
She touched her head and shook it, "What is going on?"
She stood up and found herself in front of the building that she lived in. She continued to rub her head as she entered the building and back to the penthouse. Once she was inside, she saw the woman that her father had brought home.
The woman cooed at the sight of Aurora, "Your daughter is so cute! How old is she?"
Aurora frowned at the sight of the woman and walked away to her room and locked the door. She absolutely hated when her father brought women home, it seemed like he was a traitor to her mother. Even if her mother was dead, no woman could surpass her.
She heard her father bang on the door, "Aurora Lynn Winters! Open this door immediately, you'll be heavily punished later for this insolence!"
Aurora knew what the punishments would be, they all have broken her. They were brutal punishments such as locking her in the freezers, bringing men inside her room to brutally rape her, or just getting a whip to beat her. All these things have happened, but now they happened so much that she was used to it.
He huffed, "Fine, have it your way"
She heard his footsteps grow fainter as he walked away but soon heard glass breaking and him throwing furniture around.
Aurora didn't care if her father was throwing a tantrum, she cared about this weird dreams she was having. She was seeing events in her dreams and them happening in reality, Aurora remembered in her dream that she saw Chanel pushing her after an incident.
"I just won't go to the party and I won't fall asleep" She heard the front door slam knowing her father left probably going to a bar. She shrugged and grabbed her book which was still wet and opened it to see all her writing smeared and drawings messed up.
Aurora groaned, "Figures my life would be this fucked up"
