Aurora still felt her heart rapidly beating and her eyes were dilated, she grabbed her necklace and stared at Vivian with pure hatred, "Why are you here? My father doesn't care for anyone but himself, if you want money then I'll give it to you"
Vivian scoffed and rolled her eye while returning Aurora's look, "What I want isn't money" She smiled and walked to Aurora and bent down to her level and lifted her chin with one finger, "I want revenge"
Revenge? Aurora didn't do anything to this girl, maybe she was jealous because Aurora always got to see her father? If she wanted her father she didn't care, she hated her father.
Aurora turned her head to the side, "If you want my father, take him! I hate him as much as he hates me!"
Vivian growled at the girl and back away and stood tall in front of her, "I don't want him! I want revenge for my mother!" Aurora turned back and looked at the girl who now looked disgusted, "If anything he's my father, he left my mother for yours"
Aurora looked at the girl with shock, "What do you mean?" She asked, her father never told her when he met her mother. It just seemed that they fell in love, got married, had her and then her mother died. She was hesitant to hear this Vivian girl out.
Aurora looked at the girl with a serious expression, "Explain, please"
Vivian crossed her arms, "Your mother and my mother were best friends when they were are our age. Our stupid father didn't meet your mother just until he was about to propose my mother and when she was just getting pregnant"
Aurora frowned, "But you should be blaming our father instead of my mother, my mother didn't plan on taking my father away from your mother"
Vivian shook her head, "But she did, my mother always told me that your mother had this incredible power where she could see what would happen next in her dreams. My mother told me that your mother had a dream where our father confessed to her, but instead of avoiding that outcome she accepted his love and became his wife"
Aurora glared at the girl and clutched her fist then stood up, "But if she didn't then something else could've happened!"
Vivian returned the glare, "Well she could've accepted the problems instead of following her own selfish reasons! Because of your mother, he left my mother on her own!" Aurora watched as Vivian started crying, "We were poor and I watched my mother overdose and use drugs right in front of me...I had to watch her die!"
Aurora suddenly felt bad she wanted to give Vivian a hug but knew she would either get punched or yelled at, "I'm sorry...if it makes you feel any better my mother is dead as well"
Vivian shook her head, "It doesn't because she swore that day when she was left alone she would get revenge. But being the pathetic person she was she never took action, so on that day that she died I made a promise to make their child's life a living hell and mess up everything"
Aurora frowned, "My life is already a living hell, you're not going to make it any worse than it already is" Aurora went to leave, she heard Vivian crying to herself and walked out the bathroom.
Aurora grabbed her necklace that her father gave her and snatched it off her neck and threw it in the trash. She couldn't believe that her father did something so bad to Vivian's mother, she wished she could do something.
She walked to her first class and couldn't focus on anything but Vivian, all day she thought about what Vivian said.
When it was time to leave school, Aurora was stopped by Liam who had a genuinely sad look on his face. He grabbed her hands and looked at her directly in the end and hugged her tightly and kept apologizing softly in her ear. He loosening his grip and pulled back and looked Aurora back and forth between her lips and eyes and leaned in.
