Kara paced back and forth in the hospital. Lena had woken up in the middle of the night due to pains in her stomach. She had ignored them just thinking they were braxton hicks. But the pain got worse and soon Lena's water broke. And now here they were at the hospital. The doctors and nurses had forced Kara out of the room...according to them they were doing a last final check up before they could move on to the birth also they had to see how dilated Lena's cervix was.
- Kara can you please stop pacing it is going to be alright. Said Maggie
- Maggie darling...Kara is a pacer she always have been she always will be...I mean there have been so many time she had paced around...for example before she told me she was bisexual, or before she told me she was going to ask Lena to marry her.
Alex was right Kara was a pacer but she couldn't help it, it calmed her down somehow.
- Kara?
A nurse came out of Lena's room.
- Everything seemed fine with Lena, she isn't ready to push yet so the only thing to do is wait
Kara smiled and nodded before heading into Lena's room. Lena scooted and made place for Kara on the hospital bed.
- Are you feeling okay love?? Asked Kara
- I am really nervous...what if something happens?? What if I'm not ready to be a mum??
- Hey...Lena it is going to be alright we are going to do this together and we are going to grow and learn together as a family...okay??
*Kara kissed Lena's forhead* Lena snuggled into Kara's arms and the girls just laid there together talking...

3 hours later and the doctors came into check on Lena again. But Lena's cervix hadn't dilated at all...what was wrong with her why wasn't her body working like it should? Lena could feel the tears in her eyes turn up.
- Hey mrs Luthor Danvers it is going to be okay every birth is difference we try in a few hours again okay? Asked the nurse trying to help Lena with her feelings.
Lena nodded and the nurse went away...

Kara could see the nurse coming up to her...was something wrong with Lena had something happend where their baby okay.
- Do not worry the baby is fine...Lena is fine...she is a little bit emotional thought I feel like maybe she needs you right now? Said the nurse
Kara quickly thanked the nurse before heading into Lena's room. She noticed Lena wiping away tears with the back of her hand.
- Are you okay love?? Asked Kara
- No...no I am not I feel like I am not a good enough mother I feel like there is nothing I can do.
- Hey Lena...no you are not a bad mother it doesn't matter if you have to go through c-section it doesn't matter if you can't feed enough boobmilk to our daughter and she has to start formula...you are still a good mother...the best mother for our daughter...
Lena smiled and grabbed Kara's backhead bringing her into a passionate kiss.

4 hours later and Lena could finnaly start pushing...after a lot of screams and swearwords baby cries filled the room. The nurses handed her their daughter and she was beautiful, black hair where already covering her head, she had greyish blue eyes an gene from the spermdonor and she had Lena's nose and chin.
- What is she going to be called? Asked the same nurse who had tried making Lena feel better.
- Sierra Avery Alexandra Danvers-Luthor. Answered Lena
- What a beautiful name. Said the nurse
