Chapter 10

"Lock the doors!"

"Block them too!"

"Guard the windows!"

"Our friend is still out there!" Yelled Lawrence at the people in the building, which is not named.

"Well then Ephia will protect them!" Said a little girl, making Lawrence feel slightly better.

Ephia thought she was protecting Ellie, but Ellie was actually protecting her.

"This is AMAZING!" Yelled Ellie, she was just a natural, she guessed. She didn't know she had some kinda futuristic gun thingy which had auto-aim. But it helped her. She took out alot of the infected people.

She basically murdered a ton of men women and children that could've been cured, which was what Ephia was trying to do.

She would shoot them in the head, changing how their brains work, making them peaceful again.

Then she would protect them.

But Ellie wanted to do everything. She protected a ton of people, killed a ton of the monsters and then rose some underground ice problem.

Then she was told she was killing people and Ephia was saving them (By shooting them in the face and looking badass by doing so) while Ellie was just shooting.

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAA?!!" Ellie screamed like Pearl from Steven Universe.

"You need this ammo, Ellie." Said Ephia, shocked, but keeping it to herself on the inside while she passed Ellie some ammo that brought them back.

But, as Ellie was reloading and Ephia was shooting, ice started to imprison them in a bubble.

"Ellie, goddamnit you also slit open the ground." Scolded Ephia.

"How?!" Questioned Ellie, getting tense.

"Well, when you kill somebody that's infected they fall to the ground and their infected parts melt into the ground. After a while, it expands as it tries to find other dying cells of this, this, this" Ephia stopped, realizing this was extremely dangerous and that Ellie was also extremely dangerous. "Put the gun down. NOW!" Yelled Ephia, while her eyes started turning a light blue color. Like Ellie's eyes, if they weren't brown and instead were like ice.

All of the survivor's eyes were turning that icy blue.

"Why are all of their eyes ice-like?!" Yelled Lawrence.

"Is this normal?" Questioned Do-Yeon?

"No! Wait! What about Ellie?!" Yelled Lawrence.

"No going outside. It is dangerous." Said all of the people in the unnamed building other than our heroes.

"Is this good, Ephia?!" Shouted some Ice Queen. She looked like she was a sparrow with the limbs of a human and a human head. "Is it?! You supposed to take my people back! Not kill them!"

"Sorry master." Said Ephia, emotionless.

"We need these people to fight for us in the war! We need to kill the light! It's tainting the world! It killed my sister, and might kill my twin!"

"Sorry master."

"And who is this, purple girl?! Her grey shirt is atrocious! What is "Black Sabbath?!"

"A ba-"

Then a window broke when a chair leg was thrown through it from the inside.

"Ellie! These people are insane! We need to get out!" Yelled LAwrence at Ellie.

"I agree Lawrench!" Yelled Do-Yeon as he took Ellie's hand.

"Hey! Get them, newcomers!" Yelled the queen as she froze all of their hands together while they were all in a line. She also froze Ellie's hands which coincidentally wre frozen with Ephia's hand.

Since Lawrence went to the gym on a regular basis, he could pull everybody. Ellie and Do-Yeon helped him run to the car.

Since the newly infected people weren't used to the Ice Queen's commands, they didn't do anything.

Lawrence them smashed his hands and Do-Yeon's hands free.

"Do-Yeon, you're sitting up front. I'm driving."Said Lawrence. "Let the probably lesbians sit in the back."

"I'm Bi, Lawrence." Said Ellie, offended. "And why didn't you unfreeze me and Ephia?!

"I know you think she's hot. Plus, it doesn't matter. We just need to escape." Said Lawrence, franticly. "Now hold on, we're about to speed through some thin ice."

"We're gonna die, we're gonna die, we're gonna die, we're gonna-" Chanted Do-Yeon over and over, but they made it through.

"We made it!" Yelled Ellie.

The ice them melted off of Ellie and Ephia's hands.

"Where am I? I remember-" Said Ephia but then she was cut off.

"Shhh.." Said Ellie, trying to trick her into thinking they were a couple. "We dated. Remember?"

"No! I have a lover. Are we in Hashmore?" Questioned Ephia?

Dammit, thought Ellie. She was hot, too. "Okay, so what if we weren't dating. But, anyways, we are in the Country of Yittim. I dunno what town, though."

"I need to get to Hashmore, though. Everybody I know is there." Said Ephia.

"That's our town." Said Ellie.

"Really?" Asked Ephia.

"Yeah. We're looking for our fried named Darren." Said Ellie.

"Yeah." Backed up Do-Yeon in a way.

"Darren Pretiosa? I know him. His boyfriend sounds cool." Said Ephia.

"He's the one we need." Said Lawrence.
