An Unexpexted Love

As I walk down the streets of Los Angeles I can't help but think 'When will I find my Prince Charming?'

I look around me and couples surround me.

One of them I'm pretty sure are only 12 or around that age.

Wow I am pathetic.

Suddenly I spot an incredible handsome, tall, muscular, browny blonde colored hair man, about my age (32) walking towards me.

I can't help but look at him.

He looks down at his phone as he comes closer.

I turn and look at a couple. The guy has dark brown hair and the girl has bright orange. Kind of like mine, except mine is auburn.

Suddenly something hits my shoulder.

It wasn't a hard hit, it was a soft cheeky nudge.

I look up and see the incredibly handsome man standing in front of me looking into my eyes.

"Sorry."

"That's okay."

He winks and pats my arm while walking off.

I stand in the one place, wondering why he just stood there waiting for me to look at him, or why he winked and touched my arm, like we have been long time friends.

Who is this man?

Who does he think he is?

His sun glasses covering his eyes.

His tall stature built up into muscle.

He is perfect physically.

But mentally he is lacking something.

I can tell.

I start to walk off behind him. I watch him as he smiles at me and turns the corner.

I hurry to my car and get in.

I need to get away from here.

From him.

I start the car and the pristine Porsche engine revs.

I put my seatbelt on quickly and dash

He is playing with my mind and I don't like it.

I think about the way he said 'sorry'.

He is definitely missing something.

But he was similar to me, he is missing something that all those couples around us had.

Love.
