3: appointment

(Paige POV)

I woke up by someone saying my name I buried my face in a pillow "go away!" I huffed "that's not a nice thing to say to your alpha" Harry said his voice stern but a hint of playfulness.

I peeked up to see Harry smirking "I'm clearly not a morning person!" I whined as Harry scooped me up and sat me on his lap "we are going to have a morning problem" I said pouting and crossing my arms across my chest not looking at Harry.

"I'm not a morning person but I've booked us a appointment at a omega clinic and the only time slot they had was in the morning and... You have a hour to get ready" Harry said "what the fuck!!!" I yelled getting off Harry's lap "Paige chill it's gonna be fine... And I wouldn't lie to you if it wasn't" Harry said getting up putting his arms around my waist "now baby girl you get ready and I will make breakfast" Harry said kissing my forehead "I'm still pissed off with you" I mumbled as Harry got to the bedroom door "I heard that missy" Harry said his alpha voice on I took a step back and bowed my head I was being rude to my alpha.

"Sorry haz" I said shifting my feet not looking at Harry and I was at the floor "it's fine just remember okay" Harry said softly I nodded Harry left I went into the joining bathroom had a shower and changed into a spare set of clothes I left here just in case.

My clothes was skinny blue jeans and a oversized black t-shirt with white stars on it and my dark red beanie which my hair was brushed out in its usual curly style.

I put on trainers and went downstairs I saw Harry at the kitchen cooking "hey!" I said sitting on the counter swinging my feet "where's everyone?" I asked "sleeping... Well Liam's at the gym" Harry said putting fried eggs on a plate "meh" I said shrugged my shoulders me and Harry sat at the table and are our fried eggs Harry was dressed in jeans and a t-shirt he had a black and white bandana in his hair keeping it out of his face.

"You look nice" I said eating some more fried egg "you look better" Harry said finishing his food and smiling at me I blushed a little Harry smirked "ready to go?" Harry asked checking the time on his phone "no not really but what the hell" I said getting up putting the plates in the sink.

Harry put a arm around my waist as we left the house and got in his car Harry drove to this omega clinic thing I was nervous as fuck!

"Relax sweetheart" Harry said rubbing my thigh with his free hand "I'll try but I can't" I said I was literally shaking my body couldn't stay still I was so nervous the car soon stopped "baby were here" Harry said "do we have to!?" I whined bitting my lip "well yeah it's just advice nothing medical babe" Harry said "really?" I said hopefully "yeah well they might prescribe you suppressants for your heat but that's probably it now let's go" Harry said I nodded.

We got out of the car and walked towards the clinic when we got inside it was kinda like a mini hospital and I didn't like it I gripped Harry's hand he gave me a worried look. We walked over to the reception desk me gripping Harry's arm I saw about 5 alphas looking at me funny.

I think Harry caught my drift "I won't let them hurt you I swear to god I promise Paige if they so much as breath on you-" Harry stopped himself with death threat as we got to the reception desk "hi yeah a appointment for Paige Huntington" Harry said keeping me close to him "yes you phoned this morning if you just take a seat I will call your name" the receptionist said kindly.

We thanked her and we sat down on plastic chairs "why don't you like the doctors?" Harry asked "I had a bad experience as a kid" I said quietly "wanna talk about it later?" Harry asked "yup!" I said yawned "we can have a nap later baby" Harry soothed "Paige Huntington!!" The receptionist called me and Harry got up "room 4" the receptionist said Harry took my hand and sort of dragged me to room 4 we went in to be greeted by a red headed doctor in a white lab coat "hey I'm Dr Vinay... I'm going to be your omega doctor and advisor what can I do for you today?" She asked as we sat down and she took a seat behind the desk.

Harry spoke "well me and Paige are presentedated mates and we wanted advice on her heats and... Periods and things" Harry said "okay Miss Huntington well your 19 ... Have you ever had a heat or a period before?" She asked "period yes... Heat nope!" I said popping the P she smiled and typed something on her computer "Mr styles have you ever had a rut cycle?" Dr asked "uh yeah" Harry said "how often is yours?" The Dr asked "every 2 months" Harry said the Dr typed this on the computer.

"Uh Miss huntington could I check you out on the couch just to find out when your heat is" Dr Vinay asked I looked at Harry panicked "it's fine Paige I'm here" Harry soothed "all I'll be doing miss Huntington is feeling your abdomen" Dr Vinay soothed I nodded Harry helped me on the bed and i lifted up my top. Dr Vinay put on medical gloves and began feeling my abdomen.

I just looked away and focused on Harry he was praising me but I wasn't really listening I was just internally freaking out. "Okay all done judging by your abdomen your heat is actually next week so I would just stay comfortable and don't plan anything next week you will be too "frustrated" to focus on anything and as it's your first heat it can go on longer than your future heats... I'll prescribe you some suppressants but I will advise not using them for your first heat, and birth control for next week... And Mr styles if Paige acts differently it's best not to tell her off for her behaviour as her alpha I know the omega behaves for her alpha but it will get easier as she has more heats" Dr Vinay said writing out my prescription for suppressants and birth control.

"I can do that!" Harry said brightly...
