This story was based on real events. While not everything in Finding Tuesday is true, the majority of it is. Therefore, some of the material in the book is very graphic. Finding Tuesday talks about a number of serious situations such as abuse and sexual assault. I will do my best to give a warning at the beginning of the chapter to any of the mature scenes, but please keep in mind that this story is based on a true story.
That being said, the book is also very humorous, and it definitely highlights on some of the positive moments. And for the most part, the book is very lighthearted.
