  He interrupted me with a kiss on my lips. I was shocked, but I kissed him back.

"Hey, Tyler?" Leo walked in. Tyler and I sat up almost instantly. "Oops, sorry. Didn't know there was a makeout sesh going on,"

Tyler and I chuckled. As Leo walked out the door, he put up a thumbs up to Tyler. There was an awkward silence.

"Hey, you're not a bad kisser," I said, hoping to break the silence.

"I could say the same for you," he laughed. After a lot of laughing, I said my goodbyes and went back to my apartment. It was late in the evening, so I decided to change into my oversized hoodie. I scrolled through my Instagram feed until someone called me. It was my parents.

mom and dad👫: Hi, sweetie! How's L.A.?

Me: It's really nice, actually.

mom and dad👫: When are you coming back to visit? 

Me: I've been here for literally 2 weeks and a half.

mom and dad👫: We miss you!

Me: Ugh, fine. I'll see what I can do.

mom and dad👫: Haha, we'll see you soon then!

Me: Okay, love you.

I decided to go back to Manhattan next week. I looked on my laptop and searched for plane tickets. I wonder if I should invite Tyler and Leo? I thought. I grabbed my phone and made a group chat with Tyler and Leo.

-Group Chat-

Me: wassup, so who wants to go to Manhattan w me?

leo🎮: hold on, lemme ask my gf.

tyler💖: sure, you want me to help you pay the tickets?

Me: nah, that's ok.

leo🎮: my gf won't let me go.

Me: why not?

leo🎮: she said that i would cheat on her😕

Me: aww, well that's ok. we'll see you later then.

(time skip)

I grabbed my phone and walked out the door. Tyler was waiting downstairs in his car. As I walked downstairs, I saw Leo looking miserable. I guess he's bummed about not going. I looked over at Audrey
. Was she glaring at me? Hmm, I wonder why. I said goodbye to Leo and Audrey and so did Tyler.

I turned up the radio and started singing. Tyler sang along, as well. It went like this all the way to the airport, where we shared headphones and sang really loudly. People were staring, some were clapping, and one of the security guards whispered to the other security guard,"Aww, they're a cute couple."

Tyler and I sat in our seats. About 2 hours in, I was getting sleepy. My eyes started to grow heavy.

"You can sleep on my shoulder, you know," Tyler said. I was way too tired to reply, so I nodded. I mumbled random gibberish and leaned on his shoulder. As soon as my head hits his shoulder, I dozed off.

school's been a pain in the neck. i have so much homework and i'm trying to avoid it. i'm such a great student. anyway, voting and commenting would be much appreciated. thankss!!
