Your P.O.V

Before I start my story, I want to introduce myself. My name is Y/N McCall. As you just read my last name, you have realized that I am Scott McCall's "baby" sister. I am just one year younger, but to him, I am still a toddler. I am going to share a memorable part of my life, so let's begin.

It happened eight months ago, as I waited for in my room for my friends to come over. I had important news to share. Who are my friends you might ask? Well, there is Lydia who I love to death, we have gotten even more inseparable since our 3rd part of our sisterhood Allison died. There is Liam, the newest addition to our gang. Derek, the "father" of the group, but it gave us a connection since my dad was never around. Kira, who was my brother's girlfriend. It took me a long time to warm up to her since I thought she wasn't good for my brother but I am now happy she is. Malia, well there is a rough patch between us, but I still trust her in the group. Finally, there is Stiles. Oh Stiles. Stiles is my brother's best friend since elementary school.

Stiles was the first boy that was not mean to me but care aside Scott. Stiles is the boy I am deeply in love with for almost my entire life. So you can understand why I said I was having a rough patch with Malia. She was Stiles' girlfriend that killed me. It is hard to see them around, but there was no way I was going to tell Stiles I liked him now.

"HEY Y/N! THE GANG IS HERE", Scott yelled from the living room. I got excited knowing I was going to see Stiles face. His hazel eyes, his gorgeous smile, his handsome face... Let me stop.

I grabbed a folder in my desk, opened the door of my room and went downstairs to meet the gang. There they were, all talking and laughing while eating chips and drinking soda. This was my happy place.

"Y/N!!!!", they all yelled when they saw me.

"Hey guys!", I smiled hugging each one. I gave Stiles a long hug.

"Sooooo Y/N, what is the big new?", Liam asked giving me a weird look. He would always give me a long strange look each time and sometimes stare at me and when I will catch him looking he would just blush.

"Okay, guys. I have no easy way to say this, but I have to because it plays a significant role in my life right now.", I said trying to keep strong. Scott came behind me and wrapped an arm around my shoulder.

I opened the folder I brought from downstairs and took out five pictures and handed them to each of the members of the group. They all looked at the picture with a baffled expression. For a long moment, they would just stare at the picture.

"What is this Y/N," Derek asked after trying to examine the picture. I took a big breath and held Scott's hand.

"Guys... a few weeks ago I went to the doctor to do my yearly check up. I was having horrible pain all over my stomach and chest area, which you were aware of since I was missing a lot of practices.", I started to explain as the gang just shook their head in an agreeing motion.

"They took blood tests, x-rays, and an MRI. Once the test results came back, they told me I have cancer in my stomach. The reason why I was getting so many chest pains was from cancer in my stomach was starting to affect my lungs. I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer.", I whispered as I saw all of my friend's faces. Tears were streaming from their eyes, and they all turn a shade of white.

"There is a 30% chance that the chemo with at least kill the cancer cells that have got to my lungs and a 10% chance that it will kill the cancer cells in my stomach enough to operate and take out.", I ended with tears also coming down my face. Scott who was still next to me, gave me a tight hug and one by one the rest of the gang came up. I felt safe in their arms, and I knew I had to fight strong if I wanted to survive.
