Waking up two or so hours after noon, Beck started making a purposefully caffeinated pot of coffee, unknowing what the following day had, assuming it was presumptuously venturous. Almost certain she would need her energy. She stumbled around a bit, not really sure what to do and at first, not remembering where she was. Once she remembered where she was was, Beck was in a "limbo" state. Half awake, half-way asleep. Something in the room was a bit off, it was different, vacant even. Beck realized what it was as she was making her cup of coffee with the typical milk and sugar,  and whipped around towards the bed. "What the f-" she started, then cut off by a knock at the door. Peering through the peephole to see a familiar face, she had previously conveyed as missing. "Where the hell have you been?" Beck said opening the door to the lanky boy who had brought her to the motel in the first place.  Whom was carrying their lunch in a yellow bag that said "Have A Nice Day!". He set it down on the coffee table that was on the other side of the partition, in front of the couch.
The layout of the room was simple. Once you walked in there was a bathroom on the right and a bed on the left. The door to the motel room was on the left side. Next to the bed was a slight partition that primarily separated what was perceived as a living room and the bedroom. Next to the bathroom door was an exponentially low quality single, plug-into-an-outlet burner on a counter. Next to it was a coffee maker with a mini fridge to its right. To the left and right of the bed were two nightstands with drawers. Not that they could put anything in the drawers, seeing as they brought little to nothing with them. In the living, against the same wall as the somewhat kitchen appliances, was a couch. A lamp rest in the table on its right. In front of the couch was a low rise coffee table, and across the room, on the same wall as the headboard for the bed was a Tv. It was actually decent quality compared to the rest of the room. This is what was assumed to be a "typical motel room".
See as how this far the two primary characters in this story haven't been properly described yet, I think it's in order to do so.
Meet Beck. Beck is what's considered as "a typical emo girl". She sometimes shopped at Hot Topic. The angsty teen typically shopped at thrift stores, but was very picky. She didn't want anyone knowing she was an orphan after all. Her style was all black. Black shoes, black shirt, black skinny jeans, black bracelets, and dyed black hair. I'm sure you get the picture. Most of her shirts were band merchandise related. She loved pop-punk bands i.e. My Chemical Romance, Panic! At The Disco, Fall Out Boy, 5 Seconds of Summer, etc. most of her clothes were ripped and gave of that "I don't care vibe". She however was not always sad or depressed like most "emo" kids were. In fact she was very lively and very outgoing. Beck well, she just kinda hated everything, that's all. That girl loved art and writing. She always wanted to write books and put abstract art in high class museums. She wanted to make a difference in the world, become a psychologist, help kids that are somewhat similar to herself and maybe make there life a little less unbearable. As you could maybe tell from earlier her name is actually Rebecka. She first of all hated the spelling of it and adored it at the same time. She hated it because it was different but loved it because of that very reason. Her parents not being there for her by the time she was 8 and having only a brother relatively 6 years older than her. Making her brother 21 after their last foster guardian was removed from the household he was allowed to take the lead, due to being of legal age. She has multiple mental disorders i.e. Body Dysmorphia Disorder (BDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Minor Depression Disorder (MDD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) and just a few more. And the cherry on top of the cake, her brother, Jason, the only person she cared about anymore had just been mysteriously killed in what the media, local or not, was calling "A Robbery Gone Wrong!".
Meet Blake. Blake is what's considered as "A typical emo guy". Even though he didn't have fringe, weird lip piercings, or even the "typical emo boy" appearance, that's what he was considered. He had almost an identical style to Beck. All black. However he didn't dye his hair black, it was more of a light brown shade, with curls that most called a tangled mess. He was tall and somewhat muscular, about 6'0 foot tall. He nearly towers over Beck, her only being 5'4 herself. As well as Beck he liked art, music, not other people, and punk-rock bands. His mom left at an early age, his dad leaving down the line, leaving him with the only real parent he's ever had, his stepmom. He once again had all the same disorders and flaws that she had. She obviously spoiled him, she didn't want him to leave her, much like his father. He had almost never had any friends. Not up until he met Beck. It was truly a Romeo and Juliet story. You know with out the family hatred, time area and all of the death, well, scratch that last one. It was a broken boy meets broken girl story.
