Anyway so basically BTS are the Representatives of 'I Seoul U' which is the slogan for Seoul's Tourism group. They are restoring Seoul's image with the Metropolitan Government In Taipei, and BTS. They made a promotional video, the first video of this update, to show the good sides to Seoul worldwide.
