체인스모커스(The Chainsmokers)가 방탄소년단의 새 앨범에 참여한다.
체인스모커스와 방탄소년단은 오는 18일 발매 예정인 방탄소년단의 미니앨범 "러브 유어셀프 承 '허' (LOVE YOURSELF 承 'Her')"의 수록곡 '베스트 오브 미(Best Of Me)'를 공동 작업했다.
'베스트 오브 미'는 체인스모커스의 앤드류 타가트와 방탄소년단 래퍼라인 멤버들이 참여했다. 체인스모커스 특유의 아련하고 서정적인 코드윅과 에너지를 느낄 수 있는 EDM 장르의 곡이다.
이들의 만남은 지난 5월 '2017 빌보드 뮤직 어워드'에서 체인스모커스 측이 방탄소년단을 만나고 싶다는 미팅을 제안하고 공연 리허설에 초대해 이루어졌다. 이후 두 아티스트는 서로의 작업물을 주고받으며 꾸준히 음악적 교감을 나눴고 '베스트 오브 미'라는 곡을 완성하게 됐다.
방탄소년단의 새 앨범은 오는 18일 발매된다.

I can't wait! Chainsmokers has been one of my favorite artists for a long time.
