"Jiminie, i'm leaving. You almost done?"

The younger wiped the sweat that began to slide down his nose, thinking the steps again and again.

"Nah, hyung. Go ahead before me." He flashed a smile at his hyung through the mirror. The older gave a nod before putting down his ipod for jimin to use and making his way down the hall towards the exit. Jimin decided to stay past overnight hours to practice some steps he just wasn't satisfied with. He's done this over and over for the past 3 days, and it just wasn't cutting it. After having a breather, he let his body hit the floor slowly, his back to the floor and his eyes to the ceiling. He let out short breaths as sweat dripped down to just soak up into his already wet tank top. Jimin knew better than to let this moment take over him again, but he just was too tired to stop the already negative thought develop. It's happened before where his brain is filled with all of the mistakes he was making. All of the tiny details only he noticed. He hates how often his mind plays these games. The boy receives compliments on how his moves go oh so well with whatever music he's moving to. How he smiles when completing a dance. How dedicated he is at his hobby.

Even though that makes him smile, they don't know how stressful it is to not achieve the satisfaction he needs after a jump he's practicing. How he despises the steps he misses. How he cries to himself knowing how he's perfect in everyone's eyes, but not to himself. He tried to accept that not every step is going to please him, but he's so damn determined to make them right. He's wants to be content.

He needs to be content, or else this will mock him forever.

It's been too long since he's been laying down with tears brimming his eyes. He shouldn't be crying over the dumb games clouding his mind. He should be looking in a mirror, seeing whatever mistakes he can fix, and repeat till they're perfect. Till he's perfect.

"Hyung.. it's been too long. Are you still practicing?" A voice can be heard over a speaker. Jimin's been tracing small hearts onto the back of his phone that was held up to his ear.

"I'll be home in a few." He almost whispers back.

"You want me to join you?" The sweet voice sounds so lovely to the other. How that voice makes him feel warm, and could say absolutely anything to them which he'll let out a soft chuckle full of adoration. The voice he hears everyday. The voice that gives him the strength to go on.

"You don't have to, kookie. I'll be fine."

"Too bad, I'm outside."

click.

A smile slowly makes its way up to jimin's lips when the door opens, revealing a smiling boy.

"Brat.. you're so bad. I told you I was fine." Jimin cringes at the quiet crack in his voice.

Jungkook made his way towards the other male with a timid smile.

"The look on your face tells me something else."

"I may or may not have knocked my toe into the flo-" the younger interrupts him.

"Hyung. You know you can't lie to me."

The shorter suddenly threw himself onto the other before both can say anything else. His heart beating so quick when jungkook's scent reached his rosy nose. He cherishes that scent. The sweet scent that tells him that he's okay, and everything's going to be alright. The exquisite scent he wishes to smell forever till he can no longer remember the reason why he keeps trying.

"You can't keep beating yourself up like this.. you're perfect, and so are your mistakes. I can't help, but feel worried when i talk to you knowing you're not doing well... You listening to me?" The older pulls away to find jimin in a soft trance. His gaze clouded along with a tired smile that never leaves his face.

"Let's go home, yeah?" His voice no longer broken, only sweet and smooth like honey.

"I was hoping you'd say that." Jungkook's just as smooth.
