"But Sweety, aren't you going to help Grandpa and Granny prepare the food?" She asks as you sighed loudly.Well, you really really want to help them, but the toys! New clothes! And other really cool stuff that were in the gifts is something a kid like you that always loved.
" But mooooooom! "
" No buts, young lady. "
" Uuuugghhhh! Fiiiiine" You crossed you're arms and looked away as you frown.
"But if you DO help them, I'll even buy you you're favourite F/S (Fav sweets) when we get home!"
You immediately turn head to her and clap your hands, eyes sparkling in excitement. " OOHHHHHHH REALLY???"
"Mhm!"
" YAY! THANKS MOM!!" You run up to her and hugged her tight. She smiled at you before ruffling your hair as you hear honking outside the house,it's Dad's car. "I have to go now,see you later Sweety!" She kissed your fore head before standing up and going to the door,leaving the house. You run to the window and wave them goodbye,you see them wave back before they drove off. "Sweety! Can you help Granny in the kitchen?" your Grandpa asks as you see him carrying a box of decorations from the basement."Yes sir!" you salute before running to the kitchen while hearing your Grandpa laugh.
