~Michael's p.o.v.~

I had ordered the food, I got a burger with fries, and she went with a burger and fries as well. I thought usually girls would try go for a salad or something. Either she was that awesome or I was wrong. Didn't really matter anyways.

We sat down at our booth again after we got a drink. She sipped at her drink and just started fidgeting more. Her eyes were never going anywhere towards my direction. I was really getting worried she didn't wanna be here. It hurt me to think that way but I just had to ask.

"Hey, (y/n), do you..even wanna be here?"

Her quick reaction surprised me, her head bolt up and I think she was actually looking somewhere in my direction.

"Of course I do, I just...get shy around new people. I'm sorry."

I smiled and tapped her head once it went back down to looking only at her drink.

"It's ok, just wondering. I thought I was scaring you already."

She started laughing and damn, it was the cutest thing I've ever heard. I smiled and kinda chuckle along with her, I looked around and saw people staring at her when she was laughing. They didn't seem to have a nice expression on their face. I started to get mad and I clenched my fists, trying hard not to knock someone out or scream. If they were judging here in any way, they would have to deal with me. Her laugh is adorable god dammit!

~Your p.o.v.~

We got our food a little bit ago and it was all gone and cleaned up. The entire time we barely talked. I looked down and sighed quietly as possible. This was going horrible. I never could figure out what to talk about. I bet Michael wasn't having very much fun at all, and probably was anxious to leave. I think today was one of those days where I just wasn't happy. All I did was think about being in a relationship with Michael and living life with him. It made me feel better for the time being. I know it won't happen, but it's nice to think about. Michael probably wouldn't even wanna see me after this.

"Hey Michael," I asked trying my best to look at him in the eyes, I'm not very good with the whole eye contact thing. "You're surprisingly a lot nicer in real life than you are in the rage quits, you're not screaming or swearing as much."

"Well," chuckled Michael, "I try to act decent as possible out in public. I don't wanna get kicked out of any place."

I giggled and looked at the time. It was 3. It was a long time for barely talking to each other. I didn't want to leave, but I felt like this was getting too awkward and I bet Michael was anxious to leave as well.

"Hey Michael, I think I'm gonna head out. I'll text you later or something alright?" I said getting up and awkwardly pulling my pants up.

Michael seemed actually surprised I was leaving.

"Oh..ok" was all he said, "I'll text you later then. Maybe you can come to my place tomorrow?"

I smiled a bit and nodded then walked out the door, heading to my house.

~Michael's p.o.v.~

I just watched as I saw her walking out the door. I just wanted to sit there for a bit to think. I felt really bad. She probably didn't want to be here and I was boring her. I wasn't trying to, I just wasn't sure on what to talk about. I was too busy admiring her. I should've made some sort of compliment but I thought it'd be weird. Maybe it wouldn't have been. I really hope I get to see her tomorrow. I hope she at least texts me. I really don't want to have this be our first and last meet up. I would call it a date, but, would that be too soon? Maybe I am trying to rush things. But, fuck it seems kinda right to me. I'd rather it be now than never.
