This was it. Graduation day. The most bittersweet moment you could ever experience, for me anyways. Thinking about the laughter and cries that the hallways hold and the secrets that will never be told. This was a routine for all of us, a safe place...

Carter The plane was about to land in England and I was going to spend the Christmas holidays with Harry and then we would be flying to New York City to celebrate New Years with Kassandra and Niall.
College was good and I was still enjoying it for the most part. Missing Harry like crazy was an everyday thing and some days were harder than others. I got to see him here and there if he traveled to come visit but it was difficult. We really put all our effort into making things work.
Harry wanted to spend the time that he didn't have to be in England to be with me in New York but I told him that wasn't necessary. As much as I would love for that to happen, it would be too distracting for me.
I couldn't wait any longer for Christmas to come and to give Harry his present which I'm hoping that he will love it.
Harry I spot Carter going over to get her luggage and I run straight towards her. I only saw her a few a weeks ago but it felt like a lifetime. As soon as her turned around, I lifted her up and spun her around and I watched as her raven hair danced around in the air and she came down in giggles.
"I love you so much, love," I say to her as I set her down.
"I love you too, babe. I know I'm going to be an absolute party pooper when I say this, but is it okay if we just go straight to bed when we get to your place? I mean, it is eleven already," she says as she looks at her watch.
I was kind of disappointed but I knew she would want to go to bed, especially with the time zones. "Of course," I peck her lips and take her hand in mine, leading us to the car.
*** Harry I woke up to the sound of laughter and I was instantly confused. I roll over expecting to see Carter laying asleeping next to me but she isn't. I slowly get out of the bed and toss a sweatshirt over my head. England in the winter is very harsh temperature wise.
When I reach the final step on the stairwell, I see Carter, Gem, and my mum sitting around the couches drinking hot tea.
"Good morning sunshine," my mum says to me jokingly.
"Morning," I say back, still groggy. "What are you lot doing here?"
"We wanted to decorate the tree for tomorrow. I know that you wanted you and Carter to do it but we thought it would be fun to do it as a family!" Gem beams.
"Yeah, sounds good. Let me just go wash up," and I trudge myself to the bathroom to splash cold water onto my face.
Carter It was really nice to be with Harry and his family during my favorite holiday. I celebrated with my dad before I flew out to London and I missed him a lot. This was going to be my first Christmas without him. Thankfully, my sister would be home to keep him company.
I helped Anne pull out the boxes that held the decorations in them. As I expected, they were just simple decorations. All of them being the theme of red and gold.
We strung gold lights around the tree and had Christmas tunes playing through the speakers of the house. Harry and Gemma would argue over which decoration goes where and of course, Anne, would be the one to problem solve it and put it in neither spot.
After the tree was finished and it looked spectacular, we all sat down to watch some classic Christmas films, starting with 'It's a Wonderful Life.'
My phone vibrates in my ass pocket and I pull it out to see a text from Kass.
