How to text an old friend

Jerome's POV

I sat in my chair in front my computer

I stared at my phone with the keyboard up and no new texts

I just saw nothing, I sighed and turned off my phone and got up

I walked out my room it was dark out, 9:30

Everyone is asleep, even the four year olds

I walked by the room and Kat was sleeping on the floor with a blanket and a pillow

I walked down the hall more and past the broken stairwell and heard some little laughter from downstairs

I walked down the steps and saw Kats little sister watching Dora on TV

I sat next to her, she looked up at me and smiled happily

I smiled back "what's your name?" I asked

"Bewla" she said still smiling

"Bella......it's nice to meet you I'm Jero-" she cut me off

"No yowr Fluffy" she said laughing

I laughed as well "I guess Mitch says to call me that" I said

She nodded and pointed to the TV where Dora was singing and dancing with Boots and other characters

"Dowra" she said

"Yeah.......question Bella do you know how to talk to old friends?" I asked

I didn't know why I asked her she'll just a four year old

"Why Fluffy ask?" She asked sounding like a first grader

"Well I'm trying to ask an old friend for help but.......all I could think was "Hey Adam" but I didn't send it" I said sighing

"Youwr stiwll friends?" She asked patting the ground a little as an add came on

"Yes of course......I think" I said looking down

She stood up and waddled other to me and sat in my lap "sawy I havwe quest" she said

I smiled and laughed slightly at quest "quest?" I asked

"Ywes you sawy "I havwe quest and neewd help!"" She said smiling

I laughed and picked her up, "ok I'll say that let's back to bed ok?" I asked

"Ok!" She said smiling

I carried her up the steps and placed her in a crib with Preston carefully and walked out waving at her

She waved back and smiled big before I closed the door

I walked back to my room and flopped in m chair

I took out my phone and kept thinking of what Bella said "sawy I havwe quest"

I smiled and texted "hey Adam, there's been a few changes in my life and I need your help"

I smiled as I sent it and laughed

"Well this is my new quest.......and I guess I have to ask for help"
