Camila's Pov :

I sit impatiently at my desk and check my phone, I look around the room and no sign of Dinah anywhere. Dinah Jane, known for her poly beat downs, is my best friend and she's taking a year to get to class. I open up my phone to text her.

Camila💖: Where are you ??

Dinah😻: in the hallway ... coming downstairs now lol

Camila💖: it's not funny, I've been waiting on you for 20 minutes now !!

Dinah😻: alright alright Mila

I look up from my phone and Dinah walks up to my desk. She gives me an apologetic smile for being late, and I laugh when she almost trips to her seat.

" it's not funny !! " she frowns

" it's not ... it's hilarious !! " I giggle; making her laugh a little.

We're halfway through mathematics when a girl with dark brown hair and green eyes comes into the room, Along with a girl with light brown hair.

" Lauren Jauregui and Lucy Vives  you're late . " Ms. Reeds turns towards the two.

" I know I'm late " this Lauren girl says and Dinah looks at me.

" You both have an hour of detention this afternoon .. "
The girls nod and take their seats.

Lauren's Pov :

I woke up to the sound of my alarm and looked at the clock.

" oh shit " I mutter and try to get ready as fast as I can. Then I remember I promised Lucy I'll pick her up and we'll walk together. While putting on my ' Good Vibes Only ' t-shirt, my phone starts to ring and I answer.

" hello ? " I mumble with my head under the shirt, finally getting it on I pick up my phone, it's Lucy.

" Lauren where are you ? " she asks

" I'm still at home.. I'm putting on my shoes now "

" okay, call me when you're done alright . " she says

" okay, love you bye " I say, hoping she doesn't kill me for being late.

" love you too baby " she says, giving me hope that she's not upset.

I'm finally out the house and she's outside on my porch.

" I'm sorry munchkin " I say giving her a hug and she kisses my lips.

" its okay mamas " she says then takes my hand and we head to school.

Walking into class, all eyes are on us and feel slightly uncomfortable. I look at Lucy and she looks at me, I can tell she's nervous too.

" Lauren Jauregui and Lucy Vives you're late . " Mrs. Reeds says

Isn't it obvious we're late ....

" I know I'm late " I say filled with annoyance

" you both have an hour of detention this afternoon .. "

We nod then take our seats, Lucy stares at me and I stare at her.

" what ?? " I ask

" you're so sexy when you get mad .. " she says still looking into my eyes.

" oh my god, Lucy " I laugh and she smirks.
