Camila's Pov :

I saw Lauren again today, without Lucy but with a pretty brown skinned girl. Dinah looked at me and then at the two girls chatting in the hallway.

" you like her ?! " she asks and my eyes shift towards her.

" n- no " I reply hoping that she'll believe me.

" Nah Mila, I know you and when you looked at Lauren I can tell you like her "

I look at Lauren once more and nod.

" Dinah I like her ... " I finally say

" Um but I been knew this ? " Dinah says

Once we enter into science class, Mrs. Liza, assigns us all partners.

" Dinah Jane "

Please be me. Please be me. Please be me.

" Dinah Jane and Ally Brook " she finally says and I groan.

Damnit.

" Camila Cabello " She calls out my name and I stand up.

" Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui you will be partners "

Oh shit.
I look at Lauren and she looks at me, Then I look away thinking damn she's so beautiful. She keeps staring at me, staring is rude as Sinu tells me, but I don't mind to be honest.

" hi Camila " Lauren sits at our lab table

" hi Lauren " I say awkwardly.

While jotting down some notes, I catch Dinah and Ally laughing. Now what ?

" what ? " I hiss at them

" Heeeyyyy Camren " Dinah swoons aloud

" What the hell is Camren ? " I squint

" You and Lauren's ship name .. Duh " Ally says making Lauren turn around.
Oh my god.
Why would they do this to me, After all the food I buy them.

" w- what ? " Lauren's raspy voice asks.

" nothing .. " I say with a blush creeping onto my face.

Lauren looks at me and looks down at her purple spiral notebook that hasn't opened for minutes now. I hope she forgets about what Dinah and Ally said, But there isn't any forgetting especially when it comes to this.

" um so photosynthesis ... " she finally says and I am relieved. I glare at Dinah and Ally again, They finally stop when Mrs. Liza calls on them.

Lauren's Pov :

Mrs. Liza had assigned me and this girl named Camila together. She's kinda cute .. no ... she's fucking hot .. wait what ? I get up and sit at our lab table, Camila follows and sits next to me.

" Hi Camila " I say in a friendly way

" Hi Lauren " she says with an accent .. I can tell she's from Cuba.

While getting the tools we need for our project, I hear two girls laughing at Camila. Then I hear the taller girl say ' Camren ' and I don't understand what's going on. I sit back in my seat and suddenly the shorter girl says " you and Lauren's ship name .. duh "  I look at them with shock all over my face and Camila looks embarrassed.

" W- What ? " I ask

" nothing " Camila quickly says.

So many things are spinning in my mind, Like I'm so confused. After Lucy cheated on me I just wasn't looking for another girl, But after what I just heard I'm just shook. I pretend that I forgot about the subject and open up the scientific textbook.

" um so photosynthesis ... " I say with my voice low and she nods.

When Mani and I hear the last bell; We rush downstairs and find Lucy without the boy. I found out that they broke up because she cheats and break people's hearts ... like she did to me.

" imma beat her " Mani mutters to me and I nod.
Lucy looks at us and squints as if she's challenging us, Then she rolls her eyes. I walk towards Lucy and a mischievous grin spreads across my face.

" what ? " she asks and I grab her by her neck, then start punching her.

" YES BEAT THAT ASS LAUR " I hear Mani yell and she's not the only one.

" Get off me ! " Lucy starts to cry when I make her nose bleed.

" That's for trying me .. " I say and Mani slaps Lucy

" That's for breaking my best friend's heart " She yells and I laugh.

I turn around to see Camila and her two friends from earlier looking at me. I give a little wave and Camila waves back slowly. I see the two girls mouth camren to Camila, Camila slaps both their arms.

I laugh and walk up to them.

" Hi " I say

" Oh hey " Camila says and I take out my phone.

" what's your number ? " I ask

" w- What ? " Camila asks and I smile.

" we have a project to complete so ... Also we would be great friends ! " I say

" oh okay " she puts her number in my phone and I look at the name.

Camila💖

" well I have to go .. bye " she says, then turns away with her friends and leave.

That was weird.

Camila's Pov :

She friend zoned me.
