Adoption day pt.2

Shane's pov

"Are you ready to go?" Ryland asked me. "Yup" I answered and walked to the jeep, I wonder if we will find the one today I thought. "Shane Shane Shane! We are here" Ryland yelled snapping me back into focus. There are already so many people here. We walk in and start talking to some girls none really are what we are looking for until we come up to a small girl with dirty blonde hair and bright blue eyes "hey" I causally say she looks up surprised and quickly says hi. Well she probably already knows I'm famous I think, I asked her a few questions and then talk to Ryland about her. " she's the one" we both agree and go back to her this time she looks sad and has her head down I lightly tap her on and the shoulder. "Would you like to be part of our family?" I ask. She squeals and pulls me to her room to pack we talk about a girl named Olivia that she hates.

Time skip until after Stella beats Olivia

Ryland and I walk out amazed, she just beat the shit out of that girl. We laugh about it and get in the jeep but when we sit down I notice Stella winced. I wonder why I hope she doesn't hurt herself why would she? She looks like she would be a popular kid in school. After about 30 mins of driving I ask if we should get food Stella and Ryland yell yes and Stella suggests chipotle. "You were meant to be my daughter after all" I say immediately realizing I called her my daughter twice but that is what she is now, a Dawson, Stella Dawson. We get our food and head home as soon as we are there Ryland let's uno run out to meet Stella. Stella squeals and sits on the ground petting uno I laugh "they're all cute until they plan to kill you" Stella laughs and I smile this might just work out after all.
