As I was too busy avoiding Cole. Wayne was too busy giving me attention............ the hi and byes turned to text, the text turned into 5 minute calls and the 5 minute calls turned into 5 hour calls. I was loving every bit of this relationship. He tried me like a queen. His queen and I knew he was the jealous type so boys were not around me more than the usual set I associate with on a daily basis. All was great in my mind until be broke the news to me.
"beb mi fada start pick mi up suh u nah c mi at 3z anymore!", he said hugging like it was his last.
"What why?", I asked with my voice breaking.
He then explained to me that because of his constant late comings from school and the excessive suspensions he got his father is putting him on lockdown so to speak. This sadden me a little but knowing Wayne he would find a way to work it out. That's was just how I wanted spend my birthday week I said to myself in a mumble. Wayne looked intrigued, instantly he perked up and began rubbing down my shoulders.
"babez mi affi cut now so I will see you wen I see u" he kissed me on the cheek then left.
The week went off fast by the time I looked it was Thursday already. During class I got a random text from him asking " What size fitted do you wear..........one a complete unrelated note". T laughed at this because I thought he had given away my birthday gift. I hat wasn't what I expected but a gift was a gift I honestly didn't care what he gave. I text him "small lolz" then went back to learning. Lunch time came and I felt rather hungry today. I ordered lunch the went to the almond tree where we sit under.
" Terri CANT EAT THE CHICKEN IF IT DROP PON D GRUN!!!" exclaimed Brittz
That wasn't gonna stop Terri from eating in all that was in her mind was 5 second rule and same as I spoke......so did she eat. At first it didn't creep mi out then I jus got more disturbing to watch. If hungry was a dog it had a mean bite. I consume everything in under 5 minute tops. Nae looked at me and begun to laugh. This puzzled me she was usually on the other-side with her clique completely ignoring over the other side and somehow she waltzed over here and found something funny.
"What is it Nae?"
"Wayne a stress you til u nahhh eat?"
"oh wadeva...............guh read a book Nae and leave me alone wayne aint stressing me". I reassure her.
she went away. Thank the heavens. I know she knew Wayne before me but I couldn't bother with her pesting my spirit about him every now and then. Cheidz cooled down about William nowadays I began to wonder if the broke up but she was still texting him so they were obviously still together.
Friday was long and drown out to the max. I just wanted to get home and sleep. My birthday was the next day and I would hate to be grumpy on my special day. School bell got more annoying every time but atleast it meant I was one hour closer to my bed. After school my friends and I met up by the gate like every other Friday and we would all got to bus park together. When we got there it seemed a little late because it was jam packed. I fought my way through the crowd until Rushawn stopped me.
"Yoaw willy a look 4 yuh" he exclaimed out of breath.
I was confused and so were the other. That's when William approached me with a nap sack in his hand. He said it was from Wayne as he opened it. He pulled out a heart-shaped tea cup, and a purple Fitted hat......it was the cutest thing I had every seen I put it on immediately. Everyone laughed but William wasn't dun yet he pulled out a stuffed dog, teddy bear and body splash. Everything I got was from wayne. I became elated my school bag was loaded with gifts and I could barely manage it. I Thanked willy for being such a good messenger.

My birthday had passed now and to be honest it was miserable. My mom kept giving me chores to do and it messed up my entire day but my friends on facebook cheered me up by wishing me a happy birthday and wayne kept me smilling with his love texts every 5 minutes. But all good things must come to and end. School bright and early Monday morning. Yeah it wasn't so bad because I still had people wishing me a happy birthday. Late gifts came. Like people buying me lunch and money.After school I reached bus park early and to my surprise willy was there. him being early that was a first. I was walking to the pastry store then he stoped me abruptly.
"hold on wayne sent something for you"
"again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" i exclaimed'
I watched as willy opened the bag and pulled out a handkerchief, pair of blue earrings , a matching necklace and bracelet and Wii video game...............but i had to decline taking the Wii because i had nothing to play it with. Sure Willy was more than happy to accept it for himself behind wayne's back. In a rush as usual willy was off leaving me and my friends to carry the rest of the load untli it was completely left on me.
