After eating, decided to sleep for a little. I closed my eyes, and fell asleep pretty fast. However, once I was asleep, I woke up in a different part of Hope Manor then where I'd gone to sleep. Even weirder, the place didn't seem as old as it had been. Then I heard voices coming from a room nearby.

"It's getting worse every day, Thomas!" A woman's voice cried, "We must do something!"

"You would have our daughter burned as a witch, Margaret?" A mans voice asked.

I peeked into the room, which looked like a master bedroom. A man and a woman spoke in front of the bed, talking. They seemed familiar... then I realized they were the parents we saw in the picture. Cassie's parents.

"That is not our daughter!" Margaret said, "She's possessed! She spends every waking minute in that d***ed attic!" I heard footsteps behind me, and turned. Cassie, looking like she usually did, long brown hair, blue eyes with a crazed look in her eyes, and a large meat cleaver in her hand. She didn't seem to notice me as she entered the parents room.

"I will not have our daughter burned!" Thomas was yelling.

I entered the room, just before Cassie closed the door. None of the Hope Family noticed me.

"Hello Mummy." Cassie said with a grin, "Hello Father Dear!"

"Cassie" Thomas said, "please put the cleaver down."

"But Father, Mummy called me a witch." Cassie said, "We can't let that go unpunished now can we?"

"Begone Demon!" Margaret cried, "Begone from my child's body!"

"Oh, Mummy," Cassie sighed, "I always knew I got my smarts from Father."

Then she tackled her Mother, slashing and chopping, turning into the crazed psycho that me and my friends knew. Thomas grabbed his daughter and wrenched her off his wife.

"Cassie!" He boomed, "What do you think you're doing?"

"Father, I thought you'd be proud of me..." Cassie said, "That woman was the witch. And now we're rid of her!"

"You murdered her!" Thomas argued, "you are being possessed!"

Cassie looked disappointed.

"Oh Father..." She sighed, before slashing and chopping him too.

Cassie left, and I followed her down the hall. Then, something unexpected happened, Cassie turned towards me.

"Did you enjoy the show, Mr. Ross?" She asked.

I was startled. I thought I was in a dream, or vision, but if this was the real Cassie...

"I can go to this time whenever I want to." Cassie said, reading my mind, "I can relive these events..."

I heard a door opening and closing downstairs. I heard muffled voices.

"David and Daniel..." Cassie said as we walked towards the stairs, "My older brothers."

The twins, I remembered.

We walked downstairs and found the two boys in the kitchen. They only saw Cassie.

"Hey sis, how are you?" One of the boys asked.

"I'm...ok, Daniel." Cassie replied.

"What's wrong?" Asked the other one, David, "are you alright?"

"I- don't think so." Cassie said, "I'm sorry..."

Her arms were shaking.

"What do you have there?" David asked, noticing the bloody cleaver.

"You guys have to leave the house." Cassie said, "Now!"

"Cassie, are you alright?" Daniel asked.

She raised the cleaver, showing them.

"If you don't leave now, I'll kill you." She said.

Why's she giving them a choice? I asked myself.

"Cassie..." David said.

"10, 9, 8..." Cassie started.

"Daniel, let's go, something's wrong." David said.

"No!" She's our sister!" Daniel said.

He got closer to Cassie, who had a look of fear on her face.

"7, 6,5, 4..." Cassie started, but she was cut off by Daniel hugging her.

David grabbed his arm and pulled him closer to the door just as Cassie said, "1".

A smile started to form on her face. The smile I learned to fear. She threw the cleaver, and it lodged in Davids chest. He collapsed, and Daniel screamed. He looked at his sister in terror, before he ran towards the door. Cassie picked up the cleaver and ran, faster then I've seen anyone run. She ran in front of him, and tackled him in a hug.

"I told you to run..." she said, before stabbing him through the back.

She left the room, covered in blood.

"I can relive this day anytime I want, whenever I want, how ever many times I want...." she said to me.

I sat bolt upright, back in the old Hope Manor. Why had she showed me this? I asked myself. I sat up, and started to walk to the library. I was going to tell the others what I saw.

"Ross, what's up?" Shelby asked later.

Uni, Jess, Max, Red, and her stood in front of me.

"Recently, Sometimes when I fall asleep, I've been seeing these things. I saw Cassie murder her own family. I think Cassie showed me this on purpose, but I don't know why..."

"We'll figure it out, but right now..." Uni started, before we teleported.

"We're about to teleport." I finished.

I started walking. I didn't want to waste my energy. It wasn't even an hour before I heard the first scream. It sounded strangled. Uni? I thought. It could have been him. I heard footsteps nearby, and braced myself to run. I relaxed a little when I saw Max and Jess running towards me.

"Hey Ross." Max said.

"Hi, I'm glad your alive." Jess said.

"Same." I said, "I'm glad you guys are alive too."

"We probably shouldn't stalnd around chatting." Max pointed out.

"Right" Jess and I agreed.

"Twinkle Twinkle little star..." I heard nearby.

It was Cassie.

"Run!" Max hissed.

"How I wonder what you are..." Cassie sang.

The three of us ran down a hallway, making a couple turns. I was terrified that the ghost girl was going to pop out of no where, and my fears were confirmed when Max and Jess were lifted into the air.

"Gak-" Max choked, clawing at his neck.

Jess was doing something similar. Cassie materialized, holding Max and Jess by their necks.

"Found you!" Cassie said sweetly, before bashing their heads together so hard, their skulls visibly cracked open and blood and brains splattered everywhere. I vomited, as I was running, leaving a trail of puke as I ran. I heard Cassie screeching in laughter, the sound getting further and further away as I ran. I shakily opened a secret door, and closed it behind me. I sat there, shivering, afraid to sleep, or move, for the rest of the time.

Wow, I think I made myself a little sick writing that last part guys. Hope you enjoyed! -Lizzie<3
