I am

There are some things that I will be,

And others that I’ll never be,

But what I hold dear,

Is the challenge and fear,

Of a world that will doubt my abilities,

And force me to confront a deafening wind,

That dares to drive me back,

And simply proceed through its trials,

With steps that will resonate my tireless efforts,

To be what I am determined to be.
