Chapter 8: I want you

disclaimer: this whole chapter is mainly in Erika's point of view (unless stated otherwise)..

Erika texts Jake once she got upstairs and Jake heads up..

*jake knocks*

Erika: come in..

{ as soon as those words came out of my mouth, I started to get nervous }

Jake: Erika..

Erika: yeah?

Jake: I think...

Erika: what?

Jake: I think i'm falling in love with you..

Once those words came out his mouth, I was in total shock. I didn't know what to say or reply.. We just sat there. We had deep eye contact and I felt the connection.. the air felt different and my heart was pounding heavily.. I leaned in and kissed him.. no clue why but I felt like it.. it lasted at least 10 seconds but it felt like eternity.. I might be falling for him too? I don't know..

Erika: *pulls back*

Jake: you have beautiful eyes, ya know...

I tried so hard not to blush but I did.. I couldn't help it.. I turned my head so he wouldn't notice.. as soon as I did that, he gently put his hand on my cheek and turned my head slowly towards him. He kissed me once more but this one was more passionate.. I felt the sexual tension.. Jake pulled away and stared into my eyes.. I took one look at him, got up and walked towards the door.. I don't think he noticed but I heard him faintly say..

Jake: Oh boy.. I hate to see you go, but I love to watch you leave..

I saw him smirk a bit from the corner of my eye and I kept walking out.. I closed the door and stood there to process what had just happened.

One Week Later

It was the afternoon and at this time no one was really vlogging, everyone had put the camera down and was just relaxing on their phones.. The house is only this quiet when jake's not around so I wondered where he was.. I texted him and he said he was upstairs.. I walked into his room..

Jake: missed me? *smirks*

Erika: you're so annoying.. but maybe.. *blushes*

Jake: what's up?

Erika: the house is quiet and-

Jake: you find it weird that i'm home and it's still quiet?

Erika: correct

Jake: *laughs* why is it weird?

Erika: because as much as you annoy the shit out of me, I still love the part of you that's loud and destructive and annoying..

I immediately blushed because I kinda admitted that I love him too.. all he did was smile..

Jake: oh okay, honey bun..  

Erika: *blushes*

 A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER

I'm just on my phone in my room when all of a sudden I hear a knock.. my lights are off but I still tell the person to come in. I was hoping it was Jake but it was Anthony so I got less excited.

Toner: Disappointed..?

Erika: *laughs* uh.. no.. but what's up?

Toner: I want to tell you something.. well ask you something.. well okay just listen.. okay?

Erika: sure?

Toner: Okay..

Erika: *looks confused*
