Accidents Made To Happen

Chapter 04

"Okay, so let me get this straight. You're an only child. You're parents are always on business trips. Ruby is the one with you most of the time, and she lives with you during weekends and holidays?" Harry asked for the nth time.

"Yes. Yes. And yes." I said.

"Doesn't it ever get lonely at home?"

"I have my Yorkie. I named her York."

"That's silly. And at the same time cute." Harry looked at me.

I blushed. I could feel my face going all red.

"I also had a hamster once. I named him-"

"HAMSTER!" We both said together and started laughing.

"I know a lot about you, Harry. And I love One Direction. I don't mean to sound like a stalker, 'cause I'm not. Haha."

"Awwe. Thanks!" Harry said in his British accent.

We hit it off really well. It wasn't awkward. Rather, it was like we've known each other for a long time. Like we were already friends. We got to know each other more. I felt like I knew Harry. Not Harry Styles the famous singer, but the real Harry Styles. He's down to earth, cheeky, humorous, and cool.

"So, how many days will you guys be here in LA?" I finally asked. That question has been on my mind since yesterday. The guys never mentioned when they're leaving LA in their interviews.

"Just three days. We're leaving tomorrow for Liam's place." Harry said. 

"Oh, that's too bad. I won't be able to get to see the other guys." I sadly said.

"Maybe we can meet up later this evening. You know, dinner and party- dinner party? We can call it a farewell party to say goodbye to a great girl like you, Haley, and to a great friend like Ruby." Harry suggested hoping that I would agree. 

"Umm. Ofcourse! We can." I agreed.

Duh! Who in their right mind would say no to have a dinner party with the hottest British boy band ever!

"Then it's settled."

Harry, Zayn, Ruby, and I all met up in the middle of the park. It was a good thing that not much people go to this park anymore. They'd usually go to that amusement park one block down.

"Alright. So, we'll leave you girls to get ready and we'll pick you up at 7:00 PM sharp." Zayn said.

"Sure! Bye guys! We'll see you!" Ruby and I said together as we walked out of the park to go to the mall. 

"Bye girls!" We heard them shout back.

We got to the mall and started looking for dresses we could wear.

 "Oh my god, Haley! We're going to a party with One Direction! We're going to meet Louis, Liam, and Niall!" Ruby whispered in my ear.

"I know! I can't believe it either! We are the luckiest girls on earth, did you know that?!" I whispered back. "This is going to be the best dinner party we could ever have!"
