ok so I know how hard it can be to eat healthy!
espeshaly for tom boys like me cause we like greasy, measy foods like hamburgers, frinch frys, slopy joes, BACON!!!!!!
but we also know that suff is NOT healthy.
like AT ALL!!
but if your like me you like fruits but you also eat A LOT cause I can eat like fifteen cuties in a row and still be hungery!
but the thing is fruit is CHEAP!!!
so what I do is I get some grapes, GRAPEFRUIT!!!! (best thing in the WORLD!!!) apples, ECT.
and I make a fruit salad because this fills me up and I don't always eat it all so I have it for more than one meal.
other things is its HARD not to snack so when you do have the craving for somthing sweet (EX ice cream) have some thing like some grapes and you can even freeze them in advance so their cold just like that ice cream you wanted. or somthing salty (EX patato chips) try somthing like penuts or almends or cashues.
and try to eat things less greesy and more filling like insted of cheese burger maybe a turky and cheese sandwich WITH letuce and tamato.
