you see that they have perfect skin and I HATE that. because I have the worst acne.

ok so frist I want to share a facial mask resipie I foud on youtube.

now first you might want to do a pach test or skin test or what ever its called. because we are using tumeric and some people are alergic to tumeric and you'll be trying to cure acne and you'll just make it worse.

and tumeric stains (it make you yellow) now this isn't a bad thing just like if you doing this for prom or a dait or just to get rid of acne. do it like two or three hours before going somewhere important.

and pure tumeric will burn not burn but it'll sting and that's not bad ether just you might want to dalude it with yogert or honey.

and if your a guy this will help remove faceal hair so try NOT to put it on your beard or mustash.

mix about one to two tablespoons, about two teaspoons of honey, and two teaspoons of yogert,  then mix it up and aply it but make sure you'v washed your face. and leave it on for about 20-30 minutes.

2: don't touch your face. touching you face causes oil from your hand to get on your face that clogs up your pores resulting in acne.

3: when you take a shower wash you face.

4: some times I'll take some useles tap water boile it then let the steam open my pores and clean it this also just relaxes me.

5: also if you don't want to waist money on honey yogert ECT… for a facial mask hears the one I buy its about 3-4 dollers and you get a LOT of it. I use- Queen helene the original Mint Julep Masque.
