Aria: Today Chloe gets to see Alex in Welby. Alex can only have supervised visits for the first couple months and as things get more serious they can have longer private visits. But if Alex does anything crazy then those privileges are provoked for 8 weeks. Ezra is staying home with Mathew and Miracle while Toby and Spencer come with Chloe and I to this "meeting".

Alex: Hi Chloe!!!
Chloe: Hi Alex.
Alex: How are you?
Chloe: I'm good...how are you?
Alex: I'm fine!
Chloe: Why did you do all those things to Aria and Ezra and Toby and Caleb and Hannah and Emily and Spencer and Alison and Mona?
Alex: Well when my friend....Wren.... told me about them I got jealous. I got jealous of how after all the bad mistakes they make they all forgive eachother and everything goes back to normal.
Spencer: Alex, We all would have forgiven you... We all forgave eachother when we each did something that 'A' told us to do... Friends.....no....family forgive eachother after they have done something wrong, it just might take longer than other circumstances.
Alex: Thanks Spencer.
20 minutes later
Toby: Chloe its time to go.
Chloe: Okay Uncle Toby. Bye Alex!
Alex: Bye baby...... Aria, I want you guys to open this when everyone is together. This is her birth certificate.... I want you guys to read it together.... you and the girls and the boys. But promise me nothing bad will happen after.
Aria: Okay...
Spencer: Promise!

Later that day
Aria: Okay so when we went to meet Alex today she gave me Chloe birth certificate. She told me that she wants all of us together when Ezra and I open this. She also made me and Spencer promise that nothing will happen.
Ezra: Here goes nothing.
Aria and Ezra look at the birth certificate and their faces just immediately turn pale.
Aria: Oh God!
Emily: What is it?
Toby: Let me see...
Toby goes to see and sees
Toby: Oh god..... I'm so stupid....
Spencer: What's wrong?
Aria: His name is on the birth certificate. He's....
Hannah: He's what???
Ezra: He's Chloe father.
Spencer: Oh god.
Toby: Spencer..... I'm so sorry....I swear I didn't know....
Spencer: How......How did this happen?
Toby: I can't remeber it fully but it was after we broke up and I went to New York to get away. I booked myself a hotel room and as I was walking to my room I saw you.....her. After I said that you looked like her and she told me her name she invited me for a drink. I told her everything about you, but we were probably drunk when I got to the serious stuff. After that she invited me to her room and one thing led to another. I left the next morning without leaving any trace of myself. I forced myself to forget everything about that night because I felt like I betrayed you even though we weren't together. I went to Philly after that and stayed there until we got back together.
Spencer: It's okay Toby.... We are different people now and thats in the past. I still love you.
Toby: I love you too.
Ali: Alot just happened on that one paper.
Emily: Are you going to tell Chloe?
Aria: We should tell her...

Aria: Just let her read the paper.

Chloe grabs the paper and reads it
Chloe: So...so does that mean that Uncle Toby is actually my....my....my biological father?
Toby: Yes.... thats exactly what it means.
