Another School Day

       MARCO'S POV
  "Ughh, another day of school".....I should find something nice to wear. I guess this blue shirt and black skinny jeans will do. I went down stairs for breakfast. "Oh hey, good morning Mom." She must have been making something because it smelled of syrup. " You sound excited today" she said. "Nope just another boring day at school, anything going on tonight?" My mom then started acting different, "Weeeelll someone is coming over for dinner tonight." She said so fast I could hardly understand, all I heard was dinner and with someone. "Wait who is coming." I said. "My date and his kids, one about your age is coming over for dinner." I was happy that she's going out with other people ever since dad left. "Okay, that's cool, what time are they coming?" My mom said excitingly "They are coming about five, so make sure to be ready!" I said, "Okay" while stuffing my face with pancakes. Then I got in my car to go to school. On the way I saw a girl in the passengers seat pretending to be a singer and I couldn't stop laughing the whole ride to school. I jumped out of my car, to see my friend Sasha and Connie. "Hey Sasha and Connie" I said while having a bright smile on my face. They both said "good morning." Sasha continued and said "Two new kids are coming today one in Armin's grade (10th grade) and one in 12th grade." "Oh that's cool, got to go, see you at lunch." I said. "Bye", they said in unison. Class was all the same like any other day, the only good thing that happened was Mr.Levi handed out the papers from a test that I got an A on.
*RING*
The bell rang and it was time for lunch. I saw Armin coming towards me. Even though Armin is in a different grade he still had lunch with us because of certain periods. Armin ran into me almost knocking me over. "So sorry Marco, I didn't see where I was going, I met this new girl today her name is Star, she has fifth period lunch so she's not here right now. I heard she had a brother in 12th grade." It must have been what Sasha was talking about this morning."Oh I heard from Sasha that there was going to be new kids coming." "Oh, okay." Armin said quietly. I went and sat down next to Eren and Connie. Eren was talking about meeting that 12th grader. I think Eren didn't like him, Eren said he was not listening to Mr.Levi when he was talking in class. He got after school detention cleaning the bathrooms.

TIME SKIP AFTER SCHOOL

JEAN'S POV
"Hey Jean I guess I'm taking the bus home since you already got after school detention on the first day." Star said disappointedly. "Yea, I am sorry Star, school has just been rough." Not only was Star disappointed but I was too. "Dads gonna be so mad at you Jean, remember we have that dinner tonight." "I know I will be home as fast as I can just please soften the blow for me, pleaaaase." I really hope she agrees because I don't want anything bad happening tonight. "Fine but only this once, I will try to." "Thank you so much!" I said. She said "mmhm, sure." I tried to clean the bathrooms as fast as I could but still made them look nice. Mr.Levi walked in after about an hour and said "Okay you can leave now, I hope this does not happen the rest of the year." "S-sorry Mr.Levi I will try not to make it happen again." I drove home as fast as I could. By the time I got home it was almost 4:30. Then I jumped out of my truck, not wanting to know what my dad had in plan.
