"Done. Now you have to wait about 15 minutes so the dye sets. Stay in here, okay?" Shiro said softly. "Alright. Thank you.." I reply softly as Shiro put the opaque, plastic gloves into the trash. He walked out and closed the door as I looked up in the mirror.
This is the fourth time I've dyed my hair since I started to hang out with the other paladins.
I know it sounds ridiculous, but I have to do it. I don't like my white hair. I dyed it ever since I had first entered the Garrison.
At first it wasn't anything big. It was just for a edge to my look. Then when my roots started to get white again, Shiro noticed. I told him it was my natural color.
I was going to let it grow out, but then I found out I was part Galara.
I have been trying to deny the fact, and this is me hiding what could be true.
I've been staring myself in the mirror for a long time. I know I can't stay like this forever. I had bought the last of the dye at the Space Mall. I only have two bottles left. After I run out, I don't know what I'm going to do.
Soon, I sigh and turn the shower on. I rinse my hair out and then myself before getting out.
I wipe the steam off the mirror and began to stare at myself yet again.
My freshly dyed black mullet is dripping, so I use Shiros towel to dry it, since I know he doesn't mind.
I then sigh as I hear rhythmic knocking. "Keith? Shiro said it's time for training..." He stated loudly ad I hear the door began to slowly creak open. I slam it back and quickly lock it. "Don't open it, dumbass!" I growl.
I know I'm being a bit harsh, but I can't risk anyone finding out my secret.
"Fine! Gosh!" Lance exclaims as I hear his footsteps trail away.
Sometimes, Prince Lance is a royal pain in the ass. He's okay sometimes though.
I wish we got along better to be honest. I think he's a cool guy.
I quickly change and then dispose of all the dye supplies. I wipe everything down so there aren't any black spots before putting my towel up. I smile and leave, acting like everything is fine.
