Depressing Happenings: part20

Gibbs sat with Ziva on the couch. She cried and he held her.

"I need to do 3calls, okay?", Gibbs asked and she nodded. "Stay here!", He told her strictly. He stood up and went in the kitchen where the phone is. He then ran back to the floor as he heard Ziva standing up.

"No!", he said and lead her back to the living room. They sat back down and Gibbs held her. He took the phone and called Rachel.

"Cranston?", she answered the call.

"Rachel we need you here."

"Gibbs, it's weekend."

"It's important. Come to my house.", he said and hang the call off. The next one he called is a lawyer.

"Gibbs, how can I help?"

"We need you. You owe it to me."

"Well, at your house?"

"Yes.", Gibbs hang the call off and the next one he called is Vance.

"Gibbs?"

"Director. When are you back?"

"Why do you ask?"

"We need DiNozzo."

"We're already at the airport it took faster than I've planned. You want DiNozzo?"

"Yes.", Gibbs answered and the Director gave Tony the phone.

"Yea?", Tony asked and Gibbs gave Ziva the phone.

"To-o-oo-ooo-ny.", she cried laying on the couch with the phone in her hand.

"Hey, what's up, Sweet cheeks.", he asked her, but she just cried.

"Ziva?", he asked and then Gibbs answered.

"Boss, what happened?"

"Her father engaged her to an Israeli and the man is searching for her now."

"What?", Tony asked horrified. "We're going in the plane now. I'm back in a few hours. Tell her that I come.", Tony hang the call off and Gibbs wrapped a blanket around Ziva. Then woke Abby up.

"Morning, Gibbs.", she said cheerily.

"Morning, Abs.", he answered grumpily.

"What is?", Abby asked. Gibbs looked at her and then at Ziva. He rubbed her back and she cried into a pillow. Abby came to them. She sat next to Ziva and looked sadly at her. She wanted to help her, but she didn't know how,, so she just said

"Tell me when I can help you." Abby stood up and went in the kitchen to make coffee. She came back with a coffee for her and for Gibbs.

"Gibbs, you really need caf-pow.", she told him and Gibbs smiled. The rang the doorbell. Gibbs wanted to stand up, but Abby was faster. She went to the door and opened.

"Rachel, what are you doing here?"

"Abby, nice to meet you. Gibbs called me, so where is he?", she asked and Abby leaded her in teh living room. As Gibbs saw her he told Ziva. Ziva sat up still crying.

"Why am I here?", Rachel asked as she sat down.

"Ziva's father engaged her to an Israeli man before he died. The man is now searching for her and left a note at the NCIS that he wants to bring her home to Israel. A lawyer is coming, too."

"Okay, may I talk to her alone." Gibbs and Abby left the room and Abby begged Gibbs to tell her what happened and so he did. They sat on the dining table and Gibbs told  her. Rachel sat next to Ziva.

"You know the man?", she asked carefully and Ziva shook her head.

"Since when do you know about him?"

"My father told me before he died that was 3years ago. My father showed me a picture, but I can't remind that good. Earlier this day we found out his first name.", Ziva explained crying.

"You don't want to go with him, do you?"

"Hell, no! I don't know him and he can do with me what he wants. My family is here. I I love Tony. Not a stranger." Rachel nodded.

"Okay, Tony is on his way to you. He's here in a few hours and Gibbs is here as well. Also Abby. They wouldn't let you go with a stranger, okay? Gibbs has already called a lawyer, Ziva, they won't let you go with him. They want to protect you."

"But he can take me with him. I'm his possession."

"Gibbs, is going to go law. They will find a way, they always did.", Rachel told calmly and Ziva stopped crying and looked up at her. Then came Gibbs and Abby back in with the lawyer. They sat down and started to explain the situation to the lawyer.
